is a partner in the Murfreesboro, Tennessee law firm of Moseley & Moseley, Attorneys at Law, where his main areas of practice are premises liability and civil rights litigation. He also handles general personal injury cases and some other civil litigation. Mr. Moseley is a frequent speaker on personal injury and subrogation topics for National Business Institute. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) where he has served as the president of the Tennessee Chapter. He is also a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Moseley is a member of the ICC (International Code Council) and ASTM International (American Society for Testing and Materials). He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Middle Tennessee State University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee College of Law.

In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
