John E. Dunlap
is a sole practitioner with Law Offices of John E. Dunlap in Memphis, where he is board-certified by the Tennessee Continuing Legal Education and Specialization Commission in consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Dunlap's main areas of practice include bankruptcy, workers' compensation, personal injury, ERISA litigation, and Social Security disability. He is admitted to practice before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Dunlap is a member of the Memphis and American bar associations, as well as the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and his J.D. degree from the University of Memphis.

Trevor B. Reid
is a shareholder with the Richmond law firm of Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C., practicing in the areas of commercial real estate, business law and civil litigation. Mr. Reid's practice focuses primarily on the representation of secured lenders and property owners, in matters ranging from workouts of distressed loans, to the resolution of title defects. He also represents corporations and other business entities with respect to entity formation, corporate authority issues, director and officer liability, and business tort litigation. Mr. Reid is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Richmond Bar Association, Henrico County Bar Association, and the John Marshall Inn of Court. He earned his B.A. degree from Gonzaga University and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond.

Stefanie L. Deka
is a member with McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, counseling clients with respect to commercial and consumer financial services litigation involving state and federal consumer protection statutes, title litigation, and common law claims. She represents financial institutions with a primary focus on national mortgage servicers, auto finance companies, and banks in various matters including arbitrations. Specifically, Ms. Deka defends lawsuits alleging violations of statutes such as the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (CSPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and common law claims. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude from Baldwin Wallace College; and her J.D. degree from the University of Akron School of Law. Ms. Deka is the co-chair, NAWL Moms (National Association of Women Lawyers); and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in Ohio, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
