Dalton Hooks

is a partner at Hooks Meng & Clement. He represents clients in connection with employment related disputes in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Mr. Hooks has more than 24 years of experience in occupational safety and workers' compensation law in Nevada, and was formerly the chief administrative officer of the Nevada OSHA Consultation Section (SCATS). As a former compliance officer with the Nevada OSHA program, he conducted inspections in both general industry and construction settings including accident and fatality investigations. Mr. Hooks is an experienced trainer and former adjunct professor at UNLV. His unique background and training make him an effective and knowledgeable advocate. Mr. Hooks is a member of various local bar associations. He is a frequent CLE instructor in workers' compensation courses. Mr. Hooks advises clients in various areas of employment law with a focus on workers' compensation, and occupational safety and health. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his J.D. degree from the University of Nevada Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law.

Mr. Del Bueno is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys. He earned his B.A. degree from Muhlenberg College and his J.D. degree from Widener University School of Law.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
Are multiple attendee discounts available?
Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
