is a litigator and a registered patent attorney. Mr. Ustundag serves clients in commercial disputes and all facets of intellectual property law, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. He has experience in intellectual property litigation, prosecution and transactions. He has been recently advising clients in the unsettled legal landscape of intellectual property and right of publicity following the prevalence of artificial intelligence technologies. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ustundag received a B.S. degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in materials science. His technical experience includes, among other things, automobiles, medical devices, aircrafts, semiconductors, wireless communication, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
