Bradley D. Honnold
is a partner with the Leawood law firm of Goza & Honnold, LLC, where his focus is on medical negligence, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation. Mr. Honnold has spoken at various CLE events on medical negligence issues. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Honnold earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Dennis F. O'Brien
is a sole proprietor at the law office of Dennis F. O'Brien, P.A., where his full-time civil litigation practice focuses on serious personal injury; product liability, including drug and medical devices; medical malpractice; nursing home negligence; appellate work; and general civil litigation. Mr. O'Brien is a member of the Maryland State, Harford County, Baltimore County and Baltimore City bar associations; and the American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, District of Maryland; U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. O'Brien is the co-author and author of a variety of articles, and is currently working on a book, Accident Reconstruction for Lawyers, to be nationally published by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Baltimore School of Law.

, of Maney|Gordon Trial Lawyers, is a highly skilled trial attorney. Four times board-certified in civil trial law by The Florida Bar, he is also certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as an expert in both civil trial law and civil pretrial litigation. Mr. Gordon was elected to membership in the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School.

Matthew J. Focht
is an attorney with Pressler, Senftle & Wilhite, PC. He practices in the area of personal injury law in both Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Focht has deep experience in managing a broad range of high-stakes personal injury matters on behalf of victims and surviving family members, including automobile accidents, slip and falls, professional negligence, wrongful death cases, and a variety of other serious matters caused by avoidable negligence. He earned his B.A. degree from Loyola College in Maryland and his J.D. degree from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

Lena Daggs
is a partner with Cutt, Kendell & Olson. She represents injured victims in personal injury cases, including products liability, medical malpractice, catastrophic auto and trucking accidents, sexual assault, and premises liability cases. While at Cutt, Kendell & Olson, Ms. Daggs has obtained significant recoveries for her clients, including a $7.05 million medical malpractice jury verdict for the wrongful death of an 88 year old man in 2022. She has years of experience representing victims of medical malpractice, and knows the intricacies of successfully pursuing and resolving complex medical negligence cases, including brain injuries, medication overdose, surgical errors, and failures to diagnose, to name a few. Ms. Daggs is truly passionate about helping victims of negligence obtain justice. She prides herself on her approachability and empathy with clients. Ms. Daggs not only fights to obtain justice for them, but is also by their side, providing counsel and support every step of the way. She attended the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and graduated with High Honors in 2011. Ms. Daggs was on the Utah Law Review, received the CALI Award for Constitutional Law and Federal Income Tax, and was a William Leary Scholar. She was also on the National Trial Advocacy Team, and competed at the regional competition in California. Ms. Daggs was also a Traynor Moot Court Semi-Finalist. Ms. Daggs is licensed to practice law in Utah, and is a member of the Utah Association for Justice as well as the American Association for Justice. She was the chair of the Utah Association for Justice Women’s Caucus in 2022, and is on the board of Women Lawyers of Utah.

James M. Kelley, III
is a medical, pharmaceutical and product liability civil attorney for Elk and Elk Co., Ltd, where he practices in civil plaintiff litigation, medical negligence, product liability and class action. He has given numerous presentations, including seminars for legal professionals on jury selection, evidence and other trial related issues. Mr. Kelley earned his B.A. degree from the College of Wooster, Wooster, Ohio and his J.D. degree from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio. He is a board-certified civil trial specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Kelley is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, American Association of Justice (leader's forum), Cleveland Bar Foundation (fellow), Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorney's (board member) and the Ohio Academy of Trial Attorneys. He was named a 2009 Ohio Super Lawyer and one of the Top 50 Attorneys in Cleveland. Mr. Kelley was also named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Ohio by the American Trial Lawyers Association.
