Andrew L. Crabtree
is the principal of the Law Offices of Andrew L. Crabtree, P.C., where his firm focuses on transactional and litigated real estate, landlord-tenant, construction and general commercial business matters. Mr. Crabtree has a broad background in residential condominium development and sales in commercial leasing, and represents commercial owners, developers, purchasers and tenants, including a national franchise chain, in commercial leasing and landlord and tenant matters. He represents businesses and individuals in federal and state trial courts, as well as in arbitrations and before administrative tribunals involving commercial disputes, constitutional claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, business torts, unfair competition, employment claims, trade secrets and intellectual property cases. Mr. Crabtree also represents contractors, owners, developers, design professionals, municipalities and state agencies relating to public and private construction and development projects, mechanics' liens, commercial lease disputes and landlord-tenant matters. He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and Suffolk County Bar Association. Mr. Crabtree earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from the State University of New York at Albany; and his J.D. degree from Fordham University Law School.

Anthony Sango
is an associate attorney with Ansell Grimm & Aaron, PC in the litigation, and controlled substances & regulatory law departments. His practice comprises a range of business and civil litigation matters. Before joining Ansell Grimm & Aaron, Mr. Sango was an attorney at an AmLaw 200 firm dedicated to civil defense litigation. While there, he handled cases related to personal injury, professional liability, sports and entertainment, product liability, and premises liability. In law school, Mr. Sango interned for the Government and Health Fraud Section in New Jersey's Office of the Attorney General, and worked as a graduate assistant to Amy Matey, J.D. at the Center for Health and Pharmaceutical Law and Policy. He also participated in Seton Hall Law School's Health Justice Clinic, where he assisted military veterans in receiving VA benefits and appealing VA decisions, as well as researching and writing on topics such as disability rights and the COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Sango was also a judicial intern for The Honorable Nora Grimbergen. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Stephen L. Petrillo in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division.

John Gazzola
is an attorney at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. He concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation and arbitration associated with construction projects. Mr. Gazzola represents project owners, developers, EPC contractors, design-builders, construction managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers in disputes arising from a wide array of construction projects, including mass transit systems, renewable energy projects, pipelines, colleges and universities, medical facilities, senior living facilities, museums, quarries, hotels, and other large commercial buildings. In addition to representing clients in dispute resolution proceedings, he assists clients with contract drafting, review, and negotiation. Mr. Gazzola also provides counsel on issues arising throughout the lifetime of construction projects, including preservation of claims and defenses, dispute avoidance, negotiations, and formal and informal dispute resolution. He has substantial experience litigating and defending mechanics' lien actions and issues. He frequently contributes to the firm's construction litigation blog and is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Construction Law. Mr. Gazzola earned his B.A. degree from Harvard University and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Rutgers Law School.

Jamey B. Collidge
is an attorney at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders LLP. He counsels and represents owners, construction managers, general contractors, and subcontractors in all phases of the construction process and on a wide range of projects including water treatment facilities, mass transit systems, and other commercial and government construction projects. Mr. Collidge represents clients both in state and federal court litigation, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. He also provides counsel on project management issues. Mr. Collidge earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

James F. Freeman, III
is an attorney with Swanson Bernard, LLC where he practices in the areas of construction, land use, church, commercial litigation, business, contract, employment, probate litigation, appellate practice, transportation and corporate law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and Missouri, and before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Tenth circuits, and the U.S. District Court for the districts of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Freeman is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan, Kansas and American bar associations, as well as The Missouri Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.
