Sydney S. McLafferty
is a partner with The Stuckey Firm, LLC. She has been representing injury victims and their families for over 20 years throughout the state of Ohio. She has found it truly rewarding to be able to level the playing field for her clients by providing them access to justice and protection in an otherwise challenging atmosphere. Ms. McLafferty has spent a significant amount of her professional time in leadership roles at the Ohio Association for Justice which is a state-wide organization dedicated to protecting her client's constitutional rights and access to the civil justice system. Her involvement with OAJ directly benefits her clients and the clients of other practitioners around the state. Ms. McLafferty earned her J.D. degree from Capital University Law School and has been recognized for multiple awards, including Super Lawyers (2017-2024).
