David B. Shotwell
earned his Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. Since 2005, David has owned and his operated his own practice in the areas of Elder Law, Probate, Wills/Estates & Trusts, Guardianships, Medicaid & Long-Term Care Planning, and all forms of Litigation arising out of those practices. He is a frequent lecturer at continuing legal education courses for Attorneys, Accountants, and Paralegals. In addition to operating his practice, David is the Program Director of the Paralegal program and a full time Paralegal Instructor at Spokane Community College in Spokane, Washington. is a solo practitioner in Spokane, Washington at the Law Office of Julie H. Olds, PLLC. Her practice areas include wills, trusts, probate, elder law, corporate and not for profit law. Ms. Olds is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Spokane Estate Planning Counsel. She has a LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida School of Law.

M. Geoffrey G. Jones
is managing partner in the Everett firm of Newton Kight LLP. He has a general practice, concentrating primarily in the areas of elder law and guardianships. Mr. Jones' practice emphasizes probate, guardianship and estate planning, and other areas relating to elder law. He previously worked as an assistant attorney general for the Washington State Attorney General's Office in Olympia, where he represented several state agencies in civil matters, including the Department of Employment Security, Department of General Administration, and Department of Information Systems. Mr. Jones is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from The Evergreen State College and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon.

Robyn Hicks-Guinn
is the managing attorney at Hicks-Guinn Law, PLLC in Charlotte, North Carolina. She assists individuals and small business owners, and enjoys counseling families and individuals in estate planning, estate administration, business succession planning, and real estate matters. Ms. Hicks-Guinn also advises businesses as general corporate counsel, and advocates for victims in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. She serves on numerous committees with the Mecklenburg County Bar Association, has been appointed to the General Contracting and Licensing Board for the State of North Carolina, and served on the City of Raleigh Human Relations Commission, as well as several civic and philanthropic organizations across the state. Ms. Hicks-Guinn earned her B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and her J.D. degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in North Carolina and U.S. District Court for the Western District.

provides consultation and solutions to clients in the areas of estate planning, asset protection and business succession planning. Prior to his current employment, Mr. Pruitt practiced law for several years, concentrating his practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, tax litigation, estate administration and corporate law. He also is an adjunct professor at Tusculum College. Mr. Pruitt earned his B.S. degree from The University of Tennessee at Knoxville, his J.D. degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, and his LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
