Alanna C. Williams
is an attorney with Cook Craig & Francuzenko, PLLC, where she focuses her practice on family law issues of divorce, custody and visitation, child support, spousal support (alimony), and equitable distribution of property. She is recognized in The National Advocates Top 100 Lawyers. Ms. Williams is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Fairfax Bar Association (Family Law Section), Fairfax County Circuit Court Committee, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She earned her B.S. and B.A. degrees from San Diego State University and her J.D. degree from California Western School of Law.

Kimberly A. Skiba-Rokosky
is a shareholder with the law firm of Shulman Rogers. She focuses her practice on family law and fiduciary matters in Virginia and Maryland. Ms. Skiba-Rokosky is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fairfax County Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude with distinction, from Boston University; and her J.D. degree from the University of Richmond. Ms. Skiba-Rokosky has been voted a Super Lawyer or Rising Star in Virginia since 2011, and has enjoyed an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2014.

Erika E. MacCormac
is a partner with the law firm of Winslow McCurry & MacCormac, PLLC, in Midlothian, Virginia. She is the leader of the firm's family law team and practices solely in the area of family law, focusing on divorce, child custody and visitation, spousal support, child support, adoption, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. Ms. MacCormac understands the myriad of emotional, financial, spiritual, and practical implications and challenges presented by divorce and custody matters. She is equally comfortable in the courtroom trying a case or at settlement table working on a collaborative resolution. In addition, Ms. MacCormac routinely serves as a guardian ad litem for minor children in the context of abuse and neglect proceedings, juvenile delinquency hearings, and contested custody and visitation litigation. She also presents for the National Business Institute on family law matters, and serves as a guest lecturer at the University of Richmond Law School Family Law Clinic Seminar. Ms. MacCormac is a member of the Chesterfield County Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar (Family Law Section). She earned her B.A. degree from Virginia Tech and her J.D. degree (certification of concentration in family law) from the University of Richmond.

John Whitbeck
is the founder and majority shareholder with Whitbeck Bennett in Leesburg, Virginia. He focuses his practice on family law, criminal law, mental health law, civil litigation and many other areas. Mr. Whitbeck has also been certified as an expert witness in litigation. He is an adjunct professor of law at George Mason University Law School, teaching mental illness law. Mr. Whitbeck is the director of the George Mason University Law and Mental Illness Clinic. He has served as substitute judge in Virginia district courts, hearing civil and criminal matters, including family law cases. Mr. Whitbeck also served as a special justice for civil commitment hearings in the 20th Judicial Circuit, which requires him to sit as a judge for hearings to committ mentally ill individuals to psychiatric treatment. He has also served as a special prosecutor in the Loudoun County General District courts. Mr. Whitbeck earned his A.B. degree from Occidental College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from George Mason University-Antonin Scalia Law School.

Hon. Jeanette A. Irby
is a retired Circuit Court Judge for the 20th Judicial Circuit of Virginia. She is currently managing director of Juridical Solutions PLC, where she mediates family law disputes which are most suited to alternative dispute resolution. Judge Irby is experienced in all areas of civil litigation, including complex business disputes, divorce (equitable distribution, spousal support and custody), and personal injury claims. Before going on the bench, she practiced law with her primary focus on domestic relations. Judge Irby earned her B.S. degree from Central Michigan University and her J.D. degree from Thomas W. Cooley Law School.
