Speaker bio
Paige M. Bellino
is an attorney with McNally & Bellino where she practices in the areas of title claim litigation, professional liability, commercial litigation, real estate, creditor's rights. She earned her B.A. degree from the University at Albany, SUNY; and her J.D. degree from Western New England University School of Law. While at Western New England, Ms. Bellino served as the assistant managing editor of the Western New England Law Review and was named to the Dean’s List. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania state courts, in addition to the U.S. District Court for New Jersey and the Eastern and Middle districts of Pennsylvania.

Jack R. Luellen
is special counsel with Buchalter in the firm's Denver office. His practice is primarily dedicated to oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on litigation. Mr. Luellen earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Utah, and North Dakota. Mr. Luellen is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and Energy Mineral Law Foundation.

is an attorney with McKernan McKernan & Godino, where his main areas of practice include commercial law, commercial real estate, contracts, municipal corporation law, residential real estate, and zoning law. He is a member of the Camden County Bar Association. Mr. Monari is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; and before the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He earned his B.A. degree from St. Joseph's College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers University, Camden.
