W. David Falcon, Jr.
is a founding partner of the law firm Ackerman & Falcon, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on trying cases before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and Washington, D.C. Mr. Falcon earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from the University of Richmond. He is a fellow of the College of Workers' Compensation Lawyers and a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group, and serves as counselor of the Virginia Workers' Compensation American Inns of Court.

Daniel E. Lynch
is principal of Daniel E. Lynch Law Firm, P.C., where his practice consists primarily of the defense of workers' compensation and liability claims. He has been a frequent lecturer on workers' compensation topics for insurance carriers, third party administrators, employers, and other organizations. Mr. Lynch is a graduate of the University of Richmond School of Law (J.D. degree) and James Madison University (B.B.A. degree). He has been elected to The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation and is a member of the Virginia Workers' Compensation American Inn of Court. Mr. Lynch authored the articles on developments in Virginia workers' compensation law in the 1997, 1998 and 1999 Annual Survey of Virginia Law issues of the University of Richmond Law Review. He was included in Virginia Super Lawyers in workers' compensation for the years 2008-2009, and 2012-2024. Mr. Lynch is licensed to practice before all state and federal courts in Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Virginia Association of Defense Attorneys and the Richmond Bar Association (past president).

Eric S. Wiener
is a sole practitioner in Arlington, Virginia, where he focuses in the areas of workers' compensation and personal injury. He has spoken previously on workers' compensation, auto claims and a variety of other topics. Mr. Wiener is admitted to practice in Virginia, District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Arlington County and Virginia bar associations, as well as the District of Columbia Bar Association. Mr. Wiener earned his B.A. degree from the College of William & Mary and his J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law.

Anne L. Rife
is a senior attorney at the Bristol, Tennessee location of Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C. Her practice over the past 20+ years has focused on federal black lung defense and workers' compensation insurance defense, with an emphasis on Medicare liens and Medicare set-asides, and has evolved with amendments to the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and the significant growth of the Medicare compliance industry. Ms. Rife's career has uniquely placed her within an hour from many hearing locations for federal black lung claims, Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission claims, and Tennessee Department of Labor claims, allowing for a wide array of experience with occupational diseases and accidents claims tied to factories, coal mines, natural resources companies, and the service industry. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Vanderbilt University; and her J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Ms. Rife is a member of the Bristol, Tennessee Bar Association and a trustee of the Bristol Library Board. She is admitted to practice law in Virginia and Tennessee and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

is a shareholder with ChasenBoscolo Injury Lawyers. He concentrates his practice on District of Columbia workers' compensation cases. He has successfully tried thousands of cases before the Washington, D.C., Workers' Compensation Commission and won numerous cases before the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Mr. Peffer is a member of Workers' Injury Law & Advocacy Group, Maryland Workers' Compensation Educational Association, and Maryland State and District of Columbia bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Colley Law School.
