received his Juris Doctorate from Chase School of Law, his Master of Fine Arts degree in painting from the University of Cincinnati, and his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting from Youngstown State University. He first moved to Cincinnati in 2001 to study painting at the University of Cincinnati after marrying his wife Jamie. Jamie began teaching high school English in the Three Rivers School District, and Mr. Miller-Novak began teaching painting and drawing at Northern Kentucky University while exhibiting his art regionally and nationally. He soon developed an interest in local government and began getting involved in campaigns and other community service. Mr. Miller-Novak decided to stop teaching and attend law school. Upon his admission at Chase Law, he focused his studies on constitutional jurisprudence and employment discrimination. Mr. Miller-Novak graduated cum laude, and he received honors for his trial advocacy skills and legal writing. In addition, he published two law review articles and spoke at Whittier Law School regarding employment matters in 2014. Mr. Miller-Novak is now focusing his practice on employment matters, government accountability, business law, and civil litigation.

Ms. Srinivasan is currently in the HR Compliance Group at a utility company with over 15,000 employees. She has presented numerous seminar topics on the various federal and state employment laws, and has contributed articles for the Bar Journal of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other publications in the areas of employment law, social media and work life balance. Ms. Srinivasan also regularly speaks on lactation laws in the workplace. She is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association (CMBA); and a member of the CMBA's Labor & Employment Section, Women in Law Section, Lawyers Mental Health and Wellness Committee, and Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He has represented employers in matters including compliance and litigation regarding the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Acts of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the National Labor Relations Act, defamation of employees, and employment contract law. Ms. Menkedick Ionno represents the university against charges and complaints filed against the university, including complaints filed with the OCRC, EEOC, Office of Inspector General, NLRB, SERB, SPBR, and state and federal courts. She also negotiates with organized labor unions on behalf of the university. In addition, Ms. Menkedick Ionno advises senior university officials regarding immigration law.
