Kelly J. Davis
is an attorney at Business Law Southwest, LLC. She has significant experience in civil and administrative procedures, and also focuses on employment litigation (wrongful termination, retaliation, discrimination, etc.) and administrative employment issues/investigation. This also includes representing small businesses in front of the Department of Workforce Solutions. Ms. Davis obtained her B.S. degree from the University of Chicago and her J.D, degree, magna cum laude from the University of New Mexico School of Law, and was granted membership to the Order of the Coif following graduation. She was on the dean's list every year. Ms. Davis is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico and is admitted to practice law in New Mexico.

Alyssa D. Rogers
is legal counsel for Valley Bank of Commerce in Roswell, New Mexico. Prior to moving in-house, Ms. Rogers was a shareholder with Atwood, Malone, Turner, & Sabin, P.A., where she worked on a broad range of cases including medical malpractice, municipal defense, oil and gas matters, employment litigation, workers' compensation, and insurance defense. Ms. Rogers received her B.A. degree from Oklahoma State University and her J.D. degree from University of Oklahoma College of Law. She is currently the treasurer for the Chaves County Bar Association and is admitted to practice law in New Mexico and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico.

Isaac J. Blanco
is an attorney in the labor and employment department of Kemp Smith LLP. He focuses his practice on labor and employment. Mr. Blanco earned his B.A. degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin, where he was a recipient of the undergraduate research grant and presented his research on the effect of anti-immigration legislation on Hispanic voter turnout as a research fellow. He then received his J.D. degree from Texas Tech University School of Law, where he served as a vice chair for the Board of Barrister's, the curriculum representative for his class, a pupil for the American Inn of Court, and as a student mediator in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinical Program. Mr. Blanco is on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together, as well as the El Paso Young Lawyers Association and former Southern New Mexico SHRM. He is admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas; and U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.

is an attorney in the labor and employment department of Kemp Smith LLP. She earned her B.A.degree, magna cum laude, in both international relations and English literature from Southwestern Adventist University, and is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law. During her time at UT Law, Ms. Camacho received the Dean's Achievement Award in Labor Law and was selected to participate in the Transnational Workers Rights Clinic. She was also an editor for the Texas International Law Journal and a Mitthof Pro-Bono Scholar. Ms. Camacho is admitted to practice law in Texas.

Quentin F. Smith
is a shareholder/director in the law firm of Stelzner, Winter, Warburton, Flores & Dawes, P.A., where he focuses his practice on employment and labor law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Smith has successfully defended employers against a wide variety of lawsuits, such as discrimination and sexual harassment claims, retaliatory discharge claims, breach-of-contract claims, and whistleblower claims. Mr. Smith is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico, the State Bar of Texas, the Albuquerque and American bar associations, the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). He is admitted to practice in New Mexico and Texas; and before the U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico; and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit. Mr. Smith earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Texas Christian University; and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of New Mexico School of Law, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
