Brian Mosholder
is a partner in the Montgomery law firm of Carpenter, Ingram & Mosholder, LLP, where he specializes in general liability, as both an insurance defense counsel and plaintiffs counsel, in state and federal courts. He also represents plaintiffs and defendants in workers' compensation cases. Mr. Mosholder is a member of the Alabama State Bar, New York State Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association and Lee County Bar Association. He is a frequent CLE lecturer and a certified mediator. Mr. Mosholder served four years in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps, during which time he was also appointed as a special assistant U.S. Attorney. He earned his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, in finance and economics from Ohio University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York.

Garrett Zoghby
is a partner with Adams and Reese LLP. His primary focuses include litigating personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, medical malpractice, product liability, and trucking accidents. Mr. Zoghby is well versed in all phases of litigation, from risk mitigation and pre-suit negotiations to coordinating large-scale electronic discovery, taking depositions, drafting Daubert and dispositive motions, and trial. He has successfully argued cases all the way through appeal before courts of last resort, including the Alabama Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Zoghby earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from Birmingham School of Law.

Amanda Graham
is a partner with Gaines Gault Hendrix Attorneys at Law. Her practice consists mostly of automobile litigation, premises liability, insurance coverage, and general civil claims, and she has defended individuals and companies in this regard in litigations for the past eight years. Ms. Graham also handles pro ami settlements, examinations under oath, and complaints for judgment as a matter of law for various insurance companies. Prior to joining Gaines Gault Hendrix in 2014, she clerked for The Honorable Phil K. Seay, then-presiding Judge of the Thirtieth Judicial Circuit of Alabama. Ms. Graham is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance. She grew up in Pell City, Alabama and still calls Pell City her home. She earned her B.A. degree from Troy University and her J.D. degree from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.

Ronald J. Gault
is a shareholder and managing partner with Gaines Gault Hendrix, P.C. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 1997, after graduating from The University of Alabama School of Law. After spending three years as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Gault began practicing personal injury litigation in 2000 and has worked in that field since. His areas of litigation practice include automobile, trucking, premises liability, funeral home negligence, wrongful death litigation, and insurance coverage. Mr. Gault is admitted to practice in Alabama state courts and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle districts of Alabama. He has litigated in most counties in Alabama and has tried well over 100 jury trials in many of those counties. As of August 1, 2017, Mr. Gault began offering mediation services as part of his practice, and he is registered on the Alabama State Court Mediator Roster.

JS "Chris" Christie
practices in Dentons Sirote's litigation practice group in Birmingham, Alabama. He has represented clients in trials of False Claims Act, class action, and bet-the-company cases, and in appeals to the Supreme Court of Alabama and to the federal circuit courts of appeals. In ERISA and governmental plan employee benefits litigation, Mr. Christie represents plans, fiduciaries, and insurers. Since 2012, he has been a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. In healthcare litigation, Mr. Christie primarily represents health care providers. Against the Federal Department of Justice, he has won two healthcare civil False Claims Act trials. Mr. Christie frequently speaks and publishes on employee benefits, healthcare law, legal ethics, and trial techniques.

Grant A. Premo
is a partner at Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. He is an experienced advisor for banks, mortgage servicers, student loan servicers, and farm credit agencies on complex litigation and compliance matters. Mr. Premo is known for his expertise in navigating high-risk litigation and guiding clients to comply with important regulations, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Farm Credit Administration Regulations. His expansive litigation practice extends nationwide and to a range of areas, including both defending his clients from state and federal claims and prosecuting claims on behalf of his clients.

Colin T. Dean
is an attorney with McGlinchey Stafford in Birmingham, Alabama. He helps clients resolve a broad range of consumer financial services litigation and transactional matters across the country, including in Alabama, Florida and North Carolina. Mr. Dean defends mortgage lenders and loan servicers, as well as other consumer lenders, loan servicers, and service providers, against individual and class action claims alleging fraud, breach of contract, and violations of consumer protection statutes. He also counsels in-house counsel, vice presidents of compliance, and other executives through issues concerning the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Fair Housing Act (FHA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). Mr. Dean also guides clients through securities litigation and arbitration brought by customers, employees, and competitors. He represents broker-dealers, clearing houses, investment firms, registered representatives, and investment advisors in FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) arbitrations. In addition, Colin has a vibrant compliance practice. Mr. Dean works with lenders, loan servicers, and other financial services providers to comply with the ever-changing federal and state regulatory landscape by helping clients develop internal policies and procedures, design training and compliance programs, and respond to the inquiries and examinations of regulators. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law and is admitted to practice in Alabama, Florida and North Carolina.
