Larry Myers
is a partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP where his practice focuses on construction law. He litigates breach of contract, construction defect, delay, fraud, indemnity, and lost productivity claims. Mr. Myers also represents contractors on federal contracts with equitable adjustments and claims. He also represents owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in construction transactions drafting and negotiating contracts. Mr. Myers received his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law.

John M. Tanner
is a director at Fairfield and Woods P.C. He is one of Colorado's leading receivership attorneys, having represented the leading receivers in Colorado, as well as hundreds of companies. In a commercial dispute context, Mr. Tanner represents innovative organizations like Microsoft, Noble Energy, Kinder Morgan, University of Denver, and Denver Museum of Nature and Science. He has been recognized and awarded for his business litigation, bankruptcy litigation, and professional responsibility. Mr. Tanner has served on the Colorado Bar Association Ethics Committee since 1995 and frequently lectures on legal ethics.

David Frommell
is a partner at BBG Construction Law. Combining a decade of engineering experience with a decade of legal work, he possesses intimate knowledge of both the technical and legal aspects of construction. Mr. Frommell is experienced in all aspects of construction law, including trials, arbitration, mediation, claim preparation, and contract negotiation related to all phases of the development and construction process. He has represented general contractors, developers and owners on a wide variety of projects including reservoirs, oil and gas processing facilities, resort development, multi-family residential, and high-end single-family residential disputes. Mr. Frommell earned his B.E. and M.E. degrees from University of Illinois, and his J.D. degree from University of Denver Sturm College of Law.

Kelley G. Albright
is a partner with Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, with more than a decade of experience serving the construction industry. She works closely with contractors, developers, material suppliers, and design professionals on all aspects of construction projects, from conception through completion. Ms. Albright's experience encompasses all areas of construction law, including construction defect litigation, lien law, bond law, building code violations, contract disputes, and contract review and drafting. In addition to her construction law experience, she also handles contract and complex commercial litigation disputes, business and real estate transactional projects, professional liability defense, land use litigation, and other property law disputes. Ms. Albright earned her J.D. degree at Marquette University Law School and is admitted to practice in Colorado and Wisconsin.

Sally Piskun
is an equity partner at Berg Hill Greenleaf & Ruscitti LLP and co-leads the firm's construction practice group. In this space, she represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in all aspects of construction law. Ms. Piskun works on large, sophisticated, multi-million dollar public and private commercial, industrial, and heavy civil construction projects. She has experience in the expanding renewable energy and high-speed fiber optic markets. Ms. Piskun also represents clients in litigation and arbitration and has tried a wide range of construction claims, including breach of contract, change order, delay, disruption, indemnity, insurance, and loss of productivity claims. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Houston, and is admitted to practice in Colorado and Texas.

Gregg S. Rich
is a partner at Coombe Curry Rich & Jarvis, based in Denver, Colorado. He offers litigation services that encompass the areas of commercial law, construction defects, contract disputes, insurance coverage, and personal injury. Mr. Rich regularly tries cases in Colorado courts, as well as through arbitrations. He also handles appeals in Colorado's appellate courts. Mr. Rich earned his J.D. degree from University of Denver and is admitted to practice in Colorado, New York, Wyoming and Texas. He often lectures insurance professionals and attorneys, and mentors young lawyers in trial techniques through the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association (CDLA) Trial Academy. Mr. Rich has garnered several recognitions. He is AV Preeminent peer-review rated through Martindale-Hubbell, has been consistently recognized as a Super Lawyer, and has received the Defense Research Institute Exceptional Performance Citation.

Lance Shurtleff
is a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP in Denver, Colorado. His practice focuses on defending individuals and companies in products liability, construction defects, professional liability, and personal injury. General contractors and subcontractors rely on Mr. Shurtleff's counsel to defend them against claims and to respond to OSHA violations and citations. His practice also extends to defending employers against EOC claims and civil rights claims in federal court. Mr. Shurtleff represents clients in the Rocky Mountain region in trials, arbitrations, appeals, regulatory hearings, and appeals. He earned his J.D. degree from University of Wyoming College of Law; and is admitted to practice in Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wyoming.
