Speaker bio
Michael R. Mushkin
is an attorney with Mushkin & Coppedge, where he practices in the areas of real estate law, transactions, negotiation, contracts, construction law, construction defect, civil litigation, corporate and business law, bankruptcy, federal income tax issues, and divorce. He earned his B.A. degree from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Mushkin is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, Clark County Bar Association, Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, participant in the Nevada Law Foundation, and a life member of the Indiana University Alumni Association. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the United States Tax Court; United States District Court, Nevada; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Michael R. Hogue
is a shareholder in the Las Vegas, San Francisco, and San Diego locations of the law firm of Greenberg Traurig, LLP. He maintains a multi-disciplinary practice serving the construction, commercial real estate, financial services, and aviation industries. This includes representing a broad cross-section of clients in transactions, disputes and restructuring/bankruptcy matters. In his construction and commercial real estate practice, Mr. Hogue focuses particularly on medium and large-scale residential, commercial, energy, and industrial projects. He represents parties at all stages of the commercial development life cycle, from initial design and contract negotiation to pre- and post-completion dispute resolution and litigation. Mr. Hogue has represented large commercial owners and developers in real estate and construction litigation in both state and federal court, including claims for breach of contract, fraud, delay claims, negligence, defective design, failure to inspect, and construction defects. He regularly advises developers and contractors on regulatory and licensing issues, particularly in California and Nevada. Mr. Hogue also advises on trademark, copyright, trade dress and trade secret matters. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Pennsylvania and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Hogue is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, American Bar Association and Bar Association of San Francisco. He is admitted to practice in California and Nevada.

Michael Wadley
is a partner with Holland & Hart LLP in Las Vegas, Nevada. His practice has been entirely focused on representing clients in the construction industry for over ten years. Mr. Wadley handles a full spectrum of services, including the formation and negotiation of construction contracts, bid protests, and extensive counseling to clients through all phases of the project and, when necessary, the resolution of claims. Prior experience as a project manager and estimator for large construction companies, allows him to proactively identify potential issues and help clients mitigate project risks at each contracting phase. Mr. Wadley offers front-end transactional counseling and drafting, as well as claims management and resolution assistance. He also effectively represents contractors before the Nevada State Contractor's Board and helps companies navigate Nevada's complex contractor licensing regulatory requirements. Mr. Wadley has been recognized as Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America® for real estate law, construction law, and project finance law. He earned his J.D. degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas School of Law; and is admitted to practice in Nevada and Texas.
