Paula M. Ketcham
is an attorney with ArentFox Schiff LLP, where she practices in the areas of environmental, social and governance (ESG); complex litigation; labor and employment; trade secrets; non-competes and employee mobility. Ms. Ketcham earned her B.A. degree from Northwestern University and her J.D. degree from the University of Chicago Law School. She is licensed in Illinois; and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois (Trial Bar); and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana.

is an attorney and the director of Human Resources at A-1 Industries. She brings over 17 years of extensive experience in human resources within the construction industry and a strong background in risk management, safety, and legal aspects. Ms. Aptheker earned her bachelor's degree from Stony Brook University and her J.D. degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. She is admitted to practice law in New York.

is a senior attorney at Scott Law Team, where she represents employees in many types of labor and employment matters under federal, state, and local laws; including, but not limited to noncompete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and other employment contracts; independent contractor agreements; severance agreements; discrimination and harassment claims; and family and medical leaves of absence. Ms. Tomasello earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida; and her J.D. degree from Mercer University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern, Middle, and Northern districts of Florida.

Lisa M. Szafranic
is an attorney at Martenson, Hasbrouck & Simon LLP. While her focus is on a full range of labor and employment litigation issues, her legal advice on a day-to-day basis, and often in a moment of crisis, is why corporate management has come to love and value Ms. Szafranic. In fact, there is practically no area of labor and employment law to which her expertise does not extend. From pre- and post- employment matters, background investigations and grievance procedures to the most complex employment disputes regarding wage and hour class/collective actions, breach of contract, discrimination, retaliation or harassment, Ms. Szafranic has earned a reputation as a bold and determined attorney who will fiercely defend her clients. She received her A.A. from the University of Florida; her B.A. degree from the University of Central Florida; and her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Ms. Szafranic is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Georgia.

Tieranny L. Cutler
is an attorney based in Atlanta, Georgia. The majority of her career has centered around advising international corporations on the acquisition and management of an international workforce. She has guided multinational companies on hiring international talent, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and audits. She has also supported litigation matters and counseled clients on government benefits applications, employment agreements, and corporate relationship documents. She has worked in several major cities, including London, Atlanta, and Miami, and offers U.S. and U.K. employment-based immigration knowledge gained through high volume positions with AmLaw firms and Fortune 100 clients. On behalf of institutional clients, she has managed high volume accounts consisting of PERM, H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, EB-2, EB-3, I-485, and I-130, as well as counseled individual clients on I-601 and I-601A waivers, asylum, consular processing, family reunification, and withholding of removal, among other matters. Her vast experience, including employment and education outside of the United States, uniquely positions her to provide holistic legal advice. She has contributed to the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) through volunteering with the Global Migration Section's Audiovisual and Consular Liaison Committees. She is also a member of the Customs & International Trade Bar Association, Women in International Trade, and the International Law section of the American Bar Association. Her pro bono practice includes work with the Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network, where she supports victims of crimes through the U visa process. She also serves on the National Leadership Council of The Pink Agenda, a partner of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and also studied International Business at the Universitat de Valencia in Valencia, Spain. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law, where she worked with the university's Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic, as well as served as a founding member and officer of the International Law Journal and Case Manager for the Innocence Project.

Iris Kristoff
is an attorney at Duggan McHugh Law Corporation located in Sacramento, California. She represents and works with a variety of clients on addressing and resolving labor and employment-related issues. Ms. Kristoff's practice focuses on advising and counseling California and multi-state employers on managing day-to-day employment issues; ranging from wage and hour compliance issues, preparing leave of absence related communications, risk reduction strategies for employee layoffs and terminations, designing and updating employer handbooks and policies, to advising on transactional employment matters, including employee separation agreements and negotiations. She also focuses on helping employers address new developments in state and federal legislation, equal employment opportunity laws and policy, pay equity issues, and "MeToo" related legislation. Ms. Kristoff earned her B.A. degree from Santa Clara University, her M.P.H. degree from Emory University, Rollins School of Public Health and her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. During law school, she served as a law clerk for Administrative Law Judge Lana Layton in the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Hearings Unit. Throughout law school and post-graduate school, Ms. Kristoff worked as a policy and research analyst at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and her work was selected for publication in the Journal of Public Health Management and Practice. She is admitted to practice law in California.
