Drew Sarrett

is a partner with Consumer Litigation Associates in Richmond, Virginia. He has practiced consumer protection law for over ten years, successfully advocating for hundreds of consumers. Mr. Sarrett has also represented individuals in civil rights, employment, and discrimination matters. He currently focuses on individual and class-action cases under consumer protection laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act, vindicating the rights of consumers with inaccurate credit reports or suffering mistreatment by financial services companies and debt collectors. Mr. Sarrett has tried cases in multiple courts and argued and won four appeals before the Supreme Court of Virginia. He also has significant experience representing consumers in arbitration. He is the treasurer/president-elect of the Board of Directors for Virginia Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program, a nonprofit dedicated to assisting members of Virginia's legal community struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. Mr. Sarrett also serves on the Board of Directors for the Virginia Poverty Law Center, a nonprofit committed to breaking down systemic barriers that keep low-income Virginians in the cycle of poverty through advocacy, education, and litigation. He earned his AB degree, magna cum laude, from College of Charleston Honors College and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from George Mason University School of Law.

is an attorney with Kelly Guzzo PLC in Fairfax, Virginia. His practice involves representing Maryland and Virginia consumers in matters of unauthorized bank or credit transactions, credit reporting errors and more. For his work, Best Lawyers has named Mr. McNichol to its annual "Ones to Watch" list for banking and finance law four years in a row. Before joining Kelly Guzzo, PLC, he practiced at an international law firm, handling hundreds of credit card, banking and auto finance matters for large financial institutions. Mr. McNichol also completed two federal clerkships: for the Honorable M. Hannah Lauck of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and for the Honorable Joseph R. Goodwin of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He co-authored the Virginia chapter in the American Bar Association's The Law of Class Action: Fifty-State Survey in 2020 and 2021 and contributed to the Consumer Banking and Payments Law treatise published by the National Consumer Law Center. Mr. McNichol has also spoken on litigation strategies and topics of bank fraud at national conferences for the National Association of Consumer Advocates and the National Consumer Law Center. He graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law with the school's highest honors, and he served on the editorial board of the Law Review.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.

Yes, the more people you bring from your organization, the more you save. After the first registration, each additional attendee receives a special discount off of their total tuition.
When will the OnDemand be available and how long will I have access to the content?
The OnDemand Video will be available to stream within 14 days of live broadcast date. You will have access to the content for 6 months in your account. If you’re a subscriber, you’ll have access to your course recordings until 7 days after the expiration date of the subscription.
