Siobhan Leger
is the owner of Leger Law Group, LLC, where her practice focuses mainly on estate planning, special needs planning, successions, trust administration, Medicaid planning, and veteran's aid and attendance advocacy. She is a VA accredited attorney and a volunteer attorney with Wills for Heroes, an organization that provides pro bono estate planning services to veterans and first responders. Ms. Leger is also a member of various professional organizations, including the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Elder Law, Disability Planning and Bioethics Group, American Bar Association; National Academy of Family Law Attorneys; and Louisiana State Bar Association. She earned her J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University and her B.A. degree from Louisiana State University.

Thad A. Davis
is a member with Davis, Mullins & Davis, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama. He focuses his practice on trusts and estates, with an emphasis on litigation. Mr. Davis represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in trust and estate cases and related controversies, including will contests, spousal elective share proceedings, common law spouse claims, fiduciary accounting cases, post-death disputes over prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and intra-family business and real estate litigation. He also advises clients on the administration of estates and trusts as well as their estate planning. Mr. Davis earned his A.B. degree, cum laude, from Duke University, his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Alabama School of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Florida where he was a graduate editor of the Florida Tax Review.

is an attorney with McInerney Law, where her practice is focused in estate planning, primarily for families with special needs children. She is licensed to practice in Alabama and Mississippi. Ms. McInerney is the founding member and co-president of the Board of Directors of Special Siblings, which provides support for children with special needs siblings. She currently serves as the president of the Board of Directors of the Jefferson County Intellectual and Developmental Disability Authority. Ms. McInerney is a member of the Board of Directors for Down Syndrome Alabama, Shelby Humane Society and 25:35. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, as well as her M.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Ms. McInerney earned her J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Washington University in St. Louis.

K. Kirk Nystrom
is the principal of Nystrom Law Office, in Topeka, Kansas. He primarily assists clients with wills, powers of attorney, living wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Mr. Nystrom lectures for various professional groups. He is a member of the Kansas Bar Association (Probate Section), Topeka Bar Association (Probate Section), and Topeka Probate Bar. Mr. Nystrom earned his B.B.A. degree from Washburn University, his J.D. degree from Washburn University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Terrence J. Benshoof
holds a J.D. degree and a Master of Law in taxation from De Paul University. He has over 50 years of experience in a variety of family, taxation and business law areas. Mr. Benshoof is of counsel to the firm of Calabrese Associates, P.C. in Warrenville, Illinois. As a practitioner, he has focused in the family law area, on matters concerning divorce actions involving military spouses, military pay and benefit issues, retired pay division, and application of the Service Members Civil Relief Act. Mr. Benshoof has lectured on these topics to the Chicago, DuPage and Will County bar associations in Illinois, and for National Business Institute in local and national webcast seminars. He also practices in the area of general taxation, business tax planning, trusts and estates, real estate, and commercial litigation. Mr. Benshoof has published numerous articles on military issues in family law and on property taxation. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve, Judge Advocate General's Corps, he served as National Judge Advocate (general counsel) for the 45,000 member Reserve Organization of America, and has served on its Board of Directors for five years. Mr. Benshoof served as Referendary General (chief judge of the Tribunal) of the Sovereign Military Order of the Temple of Jerusalem for eight years. He also serves as vice president of the Board of Directors of the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton, Illinois.

is a sole practitioner in Los Angeles at the Law Office of Neal B. Jannol. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years, and concentrates his practice on sophisticated estate and tax planning for individual clients, the representation of individual and corporate fiduciaries, and the administration of estates and trusts. Mr. Jannol's experience includes drafting revocable and irrevocable trusts, business succession planning, premarital planning, charitable gift planning, and all aspects of estate administration and probate procedures. He counsels families of all ages in the area of wills and trusts, and also provides in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid planning. Mr. Miller is a VA accredited attorney and advises veteran clients in the area of Veterans Administration benefits. He earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his Masters degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and his J.D. degree from Widener University Commonwealth School of Law.
