Kelsey Grodzicki
is a partner at the firm of Winter Capriola Zenner, LLC. He represents clients in a wide variety of complex civil litigation, bankruptcy, and arbitration matters involving contract disputes, real estate, quiet title actions, lien priority actions, collections and claims brought against landlords, title insurers, lenders, and individuals. Additionally, Mr. Grodzicki routinely counsels companies, lenders, and title insurance companies in federal and state regulatory issues and related litigation. He also handles a wide variety of matters, including commercial collections, breach of contract claims and tort claims such as fraud, negligent misrepresentation, embezzlement, and breach of fiduciary duties. Mr. Grodzicki frequently speaks and writes about real estate related topics. Most notably, he authored the book LexisNexis Practice Guide: Georgia Real Estate Litigation, which is updated annually. Mr. Grodzicki is also an attorney author for LexisNexis's Practical Guidance® section, where he writes real estate related articles and practice notes to assist other legal professionals in their practice of law. He has been featured in various trade magazines regarding mortgage regulatory compliance and other topics. Mr. Grodzicki earned his B.A. degree from Furman University and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia and Tennessee trial courts; Georgia and Tennessee Court of Appeals and Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth and Eleventh circuits; U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Middle and Southern districts of Georgia; and U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Tennessee, Georgia and Tennessee.

Charles Spraggins
is the founding member of Spraggins Law Firm, LLC. He is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Georgia. Mr. Spraggins began his career in New York City conducting due diligence, handling residential real estate closings, and counseling condominium and cooperative boards. He also litigated commercial and real property disputes throughout all five boroughs of New York and Long Island. In Georgia, Mr. Spraggins's practice focuses on real estate law, including residential and commercial closings, and title curative work. He earned his B.A. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from Georgia State University College of Law.

is a partner with the law firm of Bodker, Ramsey, Andrews, Winograd & Wildstein, P.C., where his areas of practice include commercial leasing, commercial litigation, creditors' rights and post-judgment collections. He has more than 25 years of experience. Mr. Wildstein is a frequent speaker at CLE seminars; and a member of the Atlanta, Decatur-Daklab and American bar associations; State Bar of Georgia; Georgia Trial Lawyers Association; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America; and Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Northwestern University; his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia; and his L.L.M. degree in litigation from Emory University.

is a litigation attorney at O'Kelley & Sorohan Attorneys at Law, LLC. He has practiced law for over 20 years with a broad spectrum of experience extending from complex litigation to corporate and transactional law. Mr. Richards's practice is focused primarily on real estate and commercial litigation. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Real Property Law Section. An Atlanta native, he earned his bachelor's degree in history from the University of Montana, Missoula; and his J.D. degree from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Joseph P. Farrell
is a partner with O'Kelley & Sorohan Attorneys at Law, LLC. He leads the firm's litigation section. Mr. Farrell focuses his practice primarily on real estate and commercial litigation. In real estate litigation, he has represented companies and individuals in a variety of litigation related to real estate, including boundary or easement disputes, buyer-seller disputes, owner/contractor disputes, landlord/tenant cases, real estate developer representation, and HOA disputes. Mr. Farrell is an integral part of the team that represents national companies who own and lease single-family residences. In commercial litigation matters, he has focused on representing small-to-medium sized businesses in litigation and arbitration, including disputes involving buy-sell agreements, noncompetes, contract disputes, etc.
