Anya M. Witmer
is an attorney at Dyer Bregman Ferris Wong & Carter, PLLC, where she practices probate administration and litigation, guardianship and conservatorship, estate planning, and trust formation and administration matters. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Arizona State University and was a NALA certified paralegal prior to law school. Ms. Witmer then received her Juris Doctor degree from California Western Law School in San Diego, California, where she graduated, cum laude, and received an Academic Excellence Award for her research and writing on cryptocurrency in estate planning and probate. She is a member of WealthCounsel, the State Bar of Arizona (Probate and Trust Section), Maricopa County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association (Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section). Ms. Witmer is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California.

Chelsea A. Hesla
is a partner with Spencer Fane LLP, where she dedicates her practice exclusively to trust and probate litigation, estate administration, elder law, and real estate. With over ten years of residential and commercial real estate experience, she is particularly well-suited to handle trust and estate matters that include a real estate component. Ms. Hesla earned her B.A. degree from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.

Sandra E. Portney
is an attorney at Warner Angle Hallam Jackson & Formanek PLC. Her primary focus is advising clients in the areas of business formation, structural and tax planning, asset and equity purchases and sales, real estate transactions, including sales and purchases of commercial properties and vacant land; and retail, industrial and ground leases; contract drafting and review; preparation of operating agreements and shareholder agreements; obtaining tax exempt status for charitable organizations and other business entities; disputes between principals; and commercial disputes. Ms. Portney also has significant experience representing individuals and business owners in developing their estate and succession plans, including business exit strategies, revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, and other tax planning and asset protection strategies. She earned her B.S. degree in finance from Arizona State University and her J.D. degree from Arizona State University College of Law. Ms. Portney is licensed to practice law in Arizona and California.

Mr. Morgan has extensive experience with sophiscticated tax and estate issues surrounding high-net-worth clients. He earned his B.S. degree from George Washinton University, his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law and his LL.M. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law. Mr. Morgan is licensed to practice in Arizona, Commontwealth of Massachusetts and U.S. Tax Court. He is a member of American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, American Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association.
