Board-certified as a specialist in family law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, Mr. Little has more than 18 years of legal experience, and he provides outstanding representation, advice and support to clients throughout Orange County who are going through a divorce or other family law issues. Mr. Little has presented for NBI and other bar associations MCLE's on family law issues. Mr. Little has also received several commendations for his pro bono and volunteer work for the poor and disadvantaged, including serving as a board member for Community Legal Aid SoCal, volunteering with pro bono legal clinics, and a perennial volunteer for the Constitutional Rights Foundation mock trial competition. On the weekends, he also finds time to volunteer with his community in local youth sports, including coaching and refereeing. Mr. Little earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Point Loma Nazarene University, summa cum laude, and his Juris Doctor at American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. is a founding partner of Storm Palyan LLP. He is a certified family law specialist, and practices family law exclusively. Mr. Palyan has served on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 2013.  Prior to founding Storm Palyan LLP, he ran his own solo practice at Palyan Law APC, prior to which he spent many years as an attorney at Trope and Trope LLP, one of the largest family law firms in the country. Mr. Palyan is a graduate of the National Family Law Trial Institute in Huston, Texas. Prior to joining the private practice, he served as a judicial law clerk/research attorney for five Stanley Mosk Court family law judges (two of whom who went on to become the Supervising Family Law Judge for Los Angeles County), in addition to holding several coveted judicial externships during law school, including one with the Ninth Circuit United States Court of Appeals. As a research attorney, Mr. Palyan researched and recommended rulings on hundreds of family law proceedings. He provided legal research, analysis, and a recommendation to family law judges hearing motions, Requests for Orders, and Orders to Show Cause. Mr. Palyan teaches as an adjunct professor at Southwestern Law School. He currently teaches family law practice and procedure, having previously taught the international law journal seminar, and civil pre-trial practice. Mr. Palyan has been published numerous times, including a Law Review article he authored on privacy that has been cited in the Journal of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) among numerous other publications. He graduated in the top ten percent of his class, having served both on law review and moot court, and earned the highest grade in several classes throughout law school. Mr. Palyan also serves on the Board of Governors for the Armenian Bar Association. He has received numerous honors and awards, including recognition as a Southern California Super Lawyers "Rising Star" every year since 2014 through 2022, and recognition from Los Angeles County Supervisor, Michael D. Antonovich, and a certificate of recognition from U.S. House of Representatives, Congressman Adam Schiff. In 2022, Mr. Palyan was recognized by the Daily as one of twenty top family law attorneys across California, as published in the February 16, 2022 special edition of the Daily Journal.
