Jeffrey P. Luszeck
is a partner in the law firm of Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, LTD., where he focuses his practice primarily in trust and estate litigation and small business litigation. He has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in contested matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates, including undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical incapacity. Mr. Luszeck also handles all aspects of trusts and estate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Luszeck is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University; and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.

Elyse M. Tyrell
is the founding member of Tyrell Law, PLLC, where her practice is devoted to elder law, estate planning, tax law, probate and guardianship law. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, Elder Law Section of the State Bar of Nevada and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Ms. Tyrell is a certified elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. She is a frequent speaker for National Business Institute and has lectured on estate planning and elder law for the Housing Authority of the City of Las Vegas, the Community College of Southern Nevada and various seminar groups. Ms. Tyrell earned her B.A. degree from the University of Nevada at Reno, her J.D. degree from Gonzaga University School of Law, and her LL.M. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Jennifer M.K. Willis
is senior counsel with the law firm of Hutchison & Steffen, PLLC in Las Vegas. She practices in the areas of asset protection, business planning and trust and probate litigation. Ms. Willis joined the firm in 2017 after practicing for several years in Northern California and on the Wasatch Front in Utah. During her more than 16 years of practice across three states, she has focused her practice representing clients in the areas of dependency defense, corporate representation (both in-house and as litigation counsel), trust/estate and wealth transfer planning, federal estate tax return preparation and filing, common interest community litigation, trust and probate administration, and litigation, family law, and guardianship administration. Ms. Willis has become particularly adept at handling contested guardianship litigation matters, developing extensive knowledge and understanding of recent changes in Nevada's guardianship statutes and the court's treatment of those laws on a case-by-case basis. She earned her B.S. degree from the University of Utah and her J.D. degree from Boston College School of Law. Ms. Willis is admitted to practice in Nevada, California and Utah.

He is one of the most frequent litigators to appear each Friday in Clark County Probate Court. Mr. Grover also advises families through non-litigated probate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the Nevada Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Grover is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.S. degree from Utah State University and J.D. degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law.
