Talia G. Damrow
is corporate counsel at Space Exploration Engineering, LLC, where she concentrates her practice on civil litigation and insurance defense. She has defended a wide array of litigation including employment, real estate, medical malpractice, and construction defect claims. In the business arena, Ms. Damrow frequently handles contract disputes, corporate contract review and negotiations, and intellectual property trademark matters. She has served as corporate counsel for a broad range of businesses and represents insurance companies in bad faith defense and coverage disputes. Ms. Damrow is licensed in Montana, Washington, Colorado, North Dakota, and Wyoming. Before joining Hall & Evans, she practiced civil litigation at small firms in Billings, Montana. While attending the University of Washington School of Law, Ms. Damrow was chief online editor of the Washington Journal of Law Technology & Arts; law clerk for the Washington State Attorney General; and an intern with the Prosecuting Attorney's Office in Issaquah, Washington.

Gabrielle M. Wirth
is a partner with Dorsey & Whitney LLP. Her successful trial experience is in a broad range of employment disputes, including wage and hour, whistleblower, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and trade secret/noncompetition cases. Ms. Wirth's work with the corporate team on acquisitions and startups, equip her to nimbly assess and provide legally compliant options, whether in the counseling or litigation defense role. She also represents employers before a wide variety of state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, OFCCP, state human rights agencies, Labor Commission, Employment Development Department, and OSHA. Ms. Wirth earned her A.B. degree from the University of California, Berkeley; and her J.D. degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law. She is a member of the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys, John Muir Heritage Society, Yosemite Conservancy, Breakfast Committee, Orange County United Way Women's Philanthropy Fund, Orange County United Way, and the Alexis de Tocqueville Society. Ms. Wirth is admitted to practice in California and Montana; and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Northern, Central, Southern and Eastern districts of California.

He assists clients in construction litigation, banking and trust litigation, employment litigation, securities litigation, commercial litigation, franchise litigation, and intellectual property and trade secret litigation. He received his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from University of South Dakota School of Law. Mr. Bell is admitted to practice law in Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming; and before the U.S. District courts of Minnesota, South Dakota, Montana and Colorado.

She earned her B.S. degree from College of Saint Benedict; her M.P.A. degree from Montana State University, Bozeman; and her J.D. degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
