Cindy M. Cieslak
is a partner with Rose Kallor, LLP. Her practice focuses on all aspects of labor and employment litigation in state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies; including the defense of public sector and private employers against claims of discrimination, wage and hour violations, breach of contract, free speech retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, and other civil rights violations. Ms. Cieslak provides advice to employers regarding compliance with labor and employment laws. She conducts workplace investigations, prepares employee handbooks and best practices manuals for employers, and assists employers with affirmative action plans and compliance with laws and regulations pertaining to government contractors. Ms. Cieslak earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University; and her J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law.

Britt-Marie Cole-Johnson
is a partner with Robinson & Cole LLP, where she is a member of the firm's labor, employment, benefits and immigration group. She focuses her practice on counseling private sector employers, ranging from NYSE and NASDAQ companies, multi-national corporations, nonprofit health care organizations, and educational institutions to manufacturers, in all areas of employment law. Ms. Cole-Johnson handles sensitive, high-risk personnel issues and investigations as well as compliance and training. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut. Ms. Cole-Johnson earned her B.A. degree at Emory University and her J.D. degree at Emory University School of Law.

Rebecca Goldberg
serves as senior counsel in Berchem Moses PC's Milford office. She partners with human resources professionals and business managers to counsel them through the most challenging workplace situations, from harassment complaints to concerns about an employee’s mental or physical health. Ms. Goldberg focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She earned her B.A.degree, magna cum laude, from Brandeis University; and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Duke University School of Law. Ms. Goldberg is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.

Anthony R. Minchella
is the managing partner at the law firm of Minchella & Associates, LLC in Middlebury, Connecticut. He represents Fortune 50 financial services companies, physician groups, healthcare providers, small and large specialty products companies, and contractors. The principals and general counsel of these companies turn to Mr. Minchella and his firm to represent their interests in corporate governance, employment litigation, trade secret and non-competition litigation, unfair trade practice claims, department of labor investigations, and construction litigation. Sometimes, these companies choose Mr. Minchella as a trusted advisor and attorney to represent the company as local counsel in Connecticut state and federal court. He also represents corporate shareholders and LLC members in member and shareholder litigation, including dissolution and receivership actions that typically involve breach of fiduciary duty claims.
