Speaker bio
Tifanne E. Wolter
is an attorney with Henningson & Snoxell Ltd. She has practiced family law exclusively for more than a decade. Ms. Wolter has assisted a wide array of clients with divorce, custody, paternity, child support, third party custody, parenting time, and domestic abuse matters. She is trained in collaborative divorce and mediation, and upon graduating from law school, she obtained a certificate in dispute resolution from Hamline University School of Law. After earning her Juris Doctorate degree, Ms. Wolter worked for Legal Aid, helping victims of domestic abuse and low-income clients with family law issues. She is the past chairperson and representative to the assembly for the Minnesota State Bar Association (Family Law Section). Ms. Wolter has been involved with the Family Law Section for many years. Previously, she was the vice chairperson and chairperson of publications. She earned her B.A. degree from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota; and her J.D. degree from Hamline University School of Law, St. Paul, Minnesota.

Richard J. Eisen
is a partner at the St. Louis law firm of Growe Eisen Karlen Eilerts LLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of family/domestic law, including dissolution of marriage, legal separation, paternity, maintenance, child support, child custody, modification matters, enforcement, and pre/post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Eisen has tried and settled numerous complex family law cases. He frequently lectures and publishes articles in the area of family law. Mr. Eisen is a certified divorce mediator and has been appointed by the court as a guardian ad litem for children in custody disputes. He is a member of The Missouri Bar (past-chair, Legislative Subcommittee of the Family Law Section), St. Louis County Bar Association (past-president and Executive Board member), Illinois State Bar Association, and Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. Mr. Eisen earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Washington University; and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law.

Corinne N. Ryan
is a partner in the law firm of Kokensparger Ryan Legal Group. She and Mr. Kokensparger are a wife and husband legal team that limit their practice to the fields of family law, adoptions and appeals. Ms. Ryan is a frequent lecturer on family law and adoption issues. She has 20 years of concentrated experience in the field of family law. Ms. Ryan is admitted to practice in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from John Carroll University and her J.D. degree from Capital University Law School.

Tashina M. Gorgone
is a partner with Maddox & Gerock, P.C., in Falls Church, Virginia. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law and appellate litigation. Ms. Gorgone handles all areas of family law, from custody to child support to property distribution. Ms. Gorgone has particular experience and interest in complex custody cases. She has handled cases involving allegations of domestic violence, substance abuse, and sexual abuse. Ms. Gorgone has successfully litigated relocation cases as well as assisted both mothers and fathers in obtaining shared or primary custody of their children. To her, the most rewarding aspect of practicing law is the challenge of problem-solving; and she strives to help families develop and effectuate a plan that will not only address their immediate needs, but provide them with peace of mind for the future. Ms. Gorgone is adept at determining what cases are ripe for alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation or settlement conferences, however, when a case must be tried in court, she is able to effectively and comprehensively prepare and deliver strong oral advocacy on behalf of her client and their family. She graduated from The University of Mary Washington with a B.A. degree, and obtained her J.D. degree from George Mason University School of Law with a concentration in litigation. While attending George Mason, Ms. Gorgone was an active member of the Moot Court Team, where she won first place in the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition. She also served as a notes editor on the George Mason Law Review, and was a member of the Trial Advocacy Association. Ms. Gorgone is licensed to practice in all courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the Fairfax County Bar Association, and serves on the Board for the Northern Virginia Women's Attorney Association. Ms. Gorgone also has volunteers as a judge for local law school mock trial events, hosts courtroom tours for Fairfax County middle school students, and speaks at local middle schools about the legal profession. In 2017, she was named by Super Lawyers as a Virginia Rising Star in the practice area of family law, and she has remained a Rising Star each year since.
