Lisa Cosper
is a member of Sutin Thayer & Browne's commercial group, whose practice focuses on estate planning, trusts, and probate. Prior to joining Sutin, she worked as a paralegal, and then as a lawyer in estate planning and estate administration for a specialty law firm with offices throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Ms. Cosper frequently presents on planned giving and estate planning. She earned her J.D. from Arizona Summit Law School, graduating magna cum laude.

John A. Budagher, III
is an attorney with Budagher & Tann in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He is a second-generation attorney at the firm. Mr. Budagher was admitted to the New Mexico state bar. Before law school, he worked in the family firm as a legal assistant. Mr. Budagher specializes in taxation and has experience handling contract disputes, business formation, estate planning, and elder law. He received a degree in mathematics from the University of New Mexico, his J.D. degree from Thomas. M. Cooley Law School in Michigan, and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Alabama.

Marcos A. Trujillo
is a member of Sutin, Thayer & Browne's commercial group, where he focuses on trust and estate planning, and public finance. As a law student, Mr. Trujillo co-founded and served as treasurer for the University of New Mexico School of Law Estate Planning and Elder Law Society. He was a board member and student liaison for the Elder Law Section of the State Bar of New Mexico. For five years prior to attending law school, Mr. Trujillo, a certified financial planner, worked as a financial consultant with Charles Schwab, Inc. During his tenure there, he managed an investment advisory practice of more than $300 million in investable assets and built financial plans that included investment strategies, estate and tax planning. Mr. Trujillo is admitted to practice law in New Mexico.
