Speaker bio
Ashley S. McClure
is an attorney with Osterbrock & Associates, LLC. She focuses her practice on state and federal tax controversies and tax litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McClure was a member of the tax litigation practice at an AmLaw 100 firm. In law school, she was a graduate research assistant in the Philip C. Cook Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic. Ms. McClure earned her B.S. degree from Kennesaw State University and her J.D. degree from Georgia State University College of Law. She is on the Best Lawyers in America Ones to Watch, 2024, Tax Law. Ms. McClure is a member of the Taxation Law Section, State Bar of Georgia; and secretary, Tax Law Section, Atlanta Bar Association.
