David H. Gunning, II
is a member of McDonald Hopkins LLC. He is chair of the firm's business department. His practice focuses on real estate and finance. He understands the complex and challenging issues facing the real estate and finace industries. Mr. Gunning's experience spans the areas of real estate, finance, construction, and general corporate law, and includes real estate acquisition and dispositions, joint venture agreements, investor relations, negotiations/contracts, litigation management and fund development. He has represented national lenders and other financial institutions, borrowers, institutional and corporate owners, national retailers, privately-held businesses and national, regional and local developers. Mr. Gunning is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Lake Forest College and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

John P. Slagter
is a partner with Tucker Ellis LLP. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, construction, eminent domain, real property tax, valuation complaints and commercial litigation. Mr. Slagter represents owners, developers, contractors and governmental entities in all facets of residential, commercial and industrial real estate, including acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition. He speaks on real estate and litigation related issues to various organizations and clients. Mr. Slagter earned his B.A. degree from John Carroll University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Lori Pittman Haas
is a partner at UB Greensfelder LLP, where she represents commercial real estate clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and development of commercial properties. Her clients range from national retailers whose businesses involve the use of hazardous materials to commercial real estate clients with various business interests, such as grocery stores, hardware stores, restaurants, hotels, oil change facilities, manufacturing, warehouses, trucking terminals, and the ownership and management of office buildings and mixed-use projects. Ms. Pittman Haas also has a robust leasing practice (representing landlords and tenants) for retail, office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities with a mix of space leases and ground leases. She earned her B.S.B.A degree from Youngstown State University and her J.D. degree University of Akron School of Law.

Grayson Sieg
is an attorney at Tucker Ellis LLP. He counsels financial lending institutions and real estate owners and developers in a variety of real estate finance transactions. He has significant experience advising lenders and capital providers on unsecured financings and loan syndications, as well as construction, permanent, and bridge financing secured by a wide variety of assets throughout the United States, including multifamily residential properties, hotel and resort properties, retail and shopping centers, office parks, industrial complexes, and mixed-use assets. Mr. Sieg's work includes counseling clients in an array of collateral structuring, including real estate investment trust (REIT) finance, senior housing, note purchases and sales, and mezzanine and other forms of subordinated financing. He earned his B.A. degree from Case Western Reserve University, his M.A. degree from Boston University, and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Cleveland State University College of Law.

Keith H. Raker
is a partner at Tucker Ellis LLP. He chairs the Tucker Ellis LLP's real estate group. He practice emphasizes real estate development, finance, acquisitions, sales, like-kind exchanges, and leasing. Mr. Raker also represents clients in structuring transactions involving the syndication of low income housing tax credits and historic tax credits, and clients involved in the oil and gas and other extractive industries. He has closed real estate transactions in more than 40 states and is a frequent author and speaker on real estate topics. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Richmond, his M.B.A. degree from The Ohio State University, and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.

Justin J. Eddy
is an attorney with the Cleveland law office of Tucker Ellis LLP. He counsels developers, investors, public and private companies, municipalities, townships, and individuals in matters involving property acquisition and assembly, financing, development, zoning and entitlements, divestiture, ownership and management, and real estate joint ventures. Mr. Eddy has extensive experience advocating on behalf of developers before municipal, township, and county boards of zoning appeals, planning commissions, and city councils. He also has experience with issues involving environmental diligence and compliance, conservation easements, and title and survey matters and leasing, as well as real estate litigation experience in receivership matters, land use, and eminent domain. He is a member of the Ohio State, American and Cleveland Metropolitan bar associations; and serves on the Board of Trustees for the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Mr. Eddy earned his B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.
