James G. Burkhardt
is an arbitrator and mediator at his firm James Burkhardt, Arbitration & Mediation LLC, where he practices arbitration and mediation of workplace disputes, including labor-management, grievance, discipline, discrimination, wages and hours, employment covenants, and contracts. Mr. Burkhardt has represented public and private sector employers and employees, and now helps resolve workplace disputes as a mediator and arbitrator. He earned his bachelor's degree from Penn State and his J.D. degree from University of Toledo College of Law. Mr. Burkhardt is a certified specialist in labor and employment law; Ohio State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Council - NLRB CLE chair; and State Employment Relations Board (Ohio) Fact Finder roster. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and before the U.S. Supreme Court.

Priscilla Hapner
is an employment law attorney with the Office of Priscilla Hapner, where she consults with management of all sizes and in a variety of industries concerning compliance with state and federal employment laws. Ms. Hapner is admitted to practice in Ohio and the federal courts of appeal for the Second, Third, Sixth and D.C. circuits, as well as the U.S. courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio, Western District of Pennsylvania, and Eastern District of Michigan. She has been regularly listed as one of Central Ohio's Top Lawyers by Columbus CEO Magazine. Ms. Hapner earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

is a partner with Baasten, McKinley & Co., L.P.A. She practices in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law (State Employment Relations Board, Ohio Department of Education and Children Services Investigations), workers' compensation, and defense of teachers and associations. Ms. Reight is a frequent speaker at workshops for public educators, school employees and county developmental disabilities board employees in Cuyahoga, Lorain and Summit counties. She is a member of Ohio State and Stark County (Disputed Fee committee) bar associations. Ms. Reight earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from the University of Toledo College of Law.

is a partner in the law firm of Porter Wright Morris & Arthur LLP. He practices in the fields of labor and employment, and workers' compensation, representing various companies before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Russell has been certified as one of the State of Ohio's first specialists in the field of workers' compensation by the Ohio State Bar Association. A substantial portion of his practice also involves labor arbitrations, employment litigation, and workplace safety issues. Mr. Russell is a member of the Ohio State, Columbus and American bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Kenyon College and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University College of Law.
