Gary A. Zwick
is head of the tax and wealth management section of the law firm of Walter | Haverfield LLP, in Cleveland, Ohio, where he practices law primarily in the area of taxation with an emphasis in estate planning, qualified plans, mergers and acquisitions, general taxation, and family business consulting. He is a fellow of the American College of Tax Counsel, a certified public accountant and is board-certified in federal tax law by the Ohio State Bar Association. Mr. Zwick is listed in Best Lawyers in America, Ohio Super Lawyers and the Worth Magazine list of 100 top lawyers. He is a frequent speaker for various business and professional groups on a variety of issues related to taxation and estate planning. In addition, Mr. Zwick has written numerous articles and publications on tax issues. He co-wrote, Tax and Financial Planning for the Closely Held Family Business, American Law Institute-American Bar Association. Mr. Zwick also co-wrote, Transferring Interests in the Closely Held Family Business, American Law Institute-American Bar Association. In 2011, he was selected by the Estate Planning Council of Cleveland as the Estate Planner of the year. Mr. Zwick earned his B.B.A. degree from Kent State University; his J.D. degree from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law; and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs (member, Tax Division); the American Bar Association (member, Tax Section); the Cleveland Tax Club; the Cleveland Estate Planning Council; and the Cleveland Bar Association (member, Tax Section and Estate Planning Probate and Trust Law Section).

Todd K. Masuda
serves privately held and nonprofit companies as "outside general counsel" on transactional, commercial, and employment law matters with his firm Masuda Law, LLC, in Cleveland. Formalizing business relationships with contracts is a core part of his practice, and he believes the key to getting it right is understanding client priorities. He enjoys presenting to various groups on business law issues, including general business law, employment, LLC/entity, nonprofit, and contract topics, and is glad to deliver these talks for NBI's audience. He is a member of the OSBA and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. He is also a righteous member of the solo/small firm lawyer tribe and enjoys supporting and working with other independent lawyers. is an employment law attorney with the Office of Priscilla Hapner, where she consults with management of all sizes and in a variety of industries concerning compliance with state and federal employment laws. Ms. Hapner is admitted to practice in Ohio and the federal courts of appeal for the Second, Third, Sixth and D.C. circuits; as well as the U.S. Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio, Western District of Pennsylvania and Eastern District of Michigan. She has been regularly listed as one of Central Ohio's Top Lawyers by Columbus CEO Magazine. Ms. Hapner earned her B.A. degree from The Ohio State University and J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

J.D. LL.M., ASA, CVA, MAFF is a partner with Blue Sky Business Valuation, LLC. She works with business owners, attorneys, and advisors on transactional valuation matters and other complex financial issues that arise in family law matters. Ms. Sparks White has testified over 65 times in numerous counties throughout Ohio. She is an accredited senior appraiser (American Society of Appraisers), a certified valuation analyst and master analyst in financial forensics (both through the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts). Ms. Sparks White earned a B.A. degree in mathematics from Vanderbilt University and both her J.D. and LL.M. (tax) degrees from Capital University Law School.
