Emma J. Hilton
is an attorney with Londonderry Law, where she practices in the areas of tax law, estate planning, tax research, tax preparation and business planning. Ms. Hilton earned her LL.M. degree in taxation from New York University; her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts/Lowell; and her J.D. degree from Boston College Law School. She is currently admitted in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Rebecca E. Lamarre
is an attorney at Devine, Millimet & Branch. She helps client identify and plan for their individual estate needs, draft the documents to meet those needs, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and other more specialized planning such as special needs trusts, and walk their families through probate and trust administration after the client has passed. Ms. Lamarre also devotes a portion of her practice to Medicaid assistance, including preparing and submitting applications. She attended Roger Williams University in Rhode Island for her undergrad and earned her J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Connecticut. Ms. Lamarre is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Sarah S. Ambrogi
is of counsel at Devine, Millimet & Branch, where she focuses her practice on probate and trust administration; probate and trust wealth transfer litigation; and wills, trusts and estate planning. Ms. Ambrogi has served in a variety of positions with the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation and the New Hampshire Estate Planning Council, and recently completed a term as the president/immediate past president of the New Hampshire Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from Yale University and her J.D. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law. Ms. Ambrogi is admitted to practice law in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, California and before the U.S. District Court District of New Hampshire.
