Christine L. Matus
is the founding attorney at The Matus Law Group, LLC. She practices in the areas of estate planning and real estate. Ms. Matus has lectured to the public on various topics from special needs (estate) planning, tax issues to real estate, as well as to corporate organizations regarding non-profit rules and regulations. She is a contributing editor to Turning Point, a newsletter for the Filipino community in Ocean County. Ms. Matus has also co-authored articles on the topics of elder law, Including Nursing Home Bill of Rights and OBRA 1993 the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1993, concerning long-term care for the elderly and disabled, published by the New York State Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-Douglass College; and her J.D. degree from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. Ms. Matus is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and a Board of Trustee of the Ocean County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association, where she serves on its Advisory Panel.

Mark S. Cherry
is a self-employed attorney and certified public accountant in a general practice law firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. His firm has extensive experience in foreclosure prevention, real estate, tax law, and bankruptcy law. Mr. Cherry is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, federal district courts, bankruptcy court, Federal Court of Appeals, and U.S. Tax Court. He is also qualified as a certified valuation analyst (CVA) in business valuation and a master analyst in financial forensics (MAFF). Mr. Cherry is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and American Association of Attorney-Certified Public Accountants (AAA-CPA). He earned his J.D. degree from the Delaware Law School of Widener University and his B.B.A. degree from Temple University (Moot Court Honor Society).

I. Richard Ploss
is counsel to Porzio, Bromberg & Newman, P.C., and a member of the firm's trusts and estates department. He concentrates his practice primarily on estate planning for high net worth individuals and their businesses, estate administration, probate litigation and fiduciary income taxation in New Jersey and throughout the east coast. Mr. Ploss has extensive experience advising individual clients in the areas of wealth transfer planning and the preparation of estate planning documents. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Georgia, a certified financial planner™(CFP®) and a professional registered trust and estate practitioner (TEP). Mr. Ploss frequently publishes articles and speaks on trust and estate matters. He currently serves as an adjunct professor, teaching trusts and estates at the University of Maine Law School. Mr. Ploss has previously taught classes in estate planning at Boston University, Fordham University, Fairleigh Dickinson University and Georgetown University. He is a member of the American Bar Association (member, Real Property and Trust Law Section), Boston Estate Planning Council, Northern New England Financial Planners' Association, and the Society of Trusts & Estates Practitioners (STEP), Boston, Massachusetts Chapter. Mr. Ploss earned his B.S. degree from Bucknell University, his M.B.A. degree from Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business, and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.

Nancy C. Richmond
is a partner of Javerbaum Wurgaft Hicks Kahn Wikstrom & Sinins, P.C. and has over 25 years of experience exclusively practicing family law. She is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a matrimonial law attorney. Ms. Richmond has experience handling any type of family law case, no matter how complex the issues may be. While being a fierce advocate, she is resolution oriented; and has successfully settled, tried and arbitrated matters involving all aspects of family law including divorce, child custody and parenting time, equitable distribution, prenuptial agreements, relocation issues, adoptions, domestic violence, as well as appellate practice. Ms. Richmond has lectured attorneys on various family law topics with the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and ATLA. She earned her J.D. degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University, and her undergraduate degree from Lafayette College, with a B.A. degree in international affairs with a concentration in Russian. While at the Dickinson School of Law, Ms. Richmond was a member of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, for which she published an article, "Israel's Law of Return: Analysis of Its Evolution and Present Application."

is the principal and managing attorney of the Corporate, Trust and Estate practice of Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard P.C. She practices in the areas of business succession planning, estate planning, state and trust administration, probate, elder law, and Medicaid planning, including non-profit organization formation, guardianship matters and asset protection. She is a member of the American Bar Association (Trusts and Estates Section), New York State Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Saint-Louis earned her B.A. degree from State University of New York and her J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law.
