Cassandra J. Walsh
is an attorney with Woodburn and Wedge, practicing primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, business, and corporate law. She earned her Bachelor of Science in finance and business management, University of Nevada; and her Juris Doctor (cum laude), certified in taxation law, New England Law. Ms. Walsh serves as the secretary of the Planned Giving Roundtable of Northern Nevada and is a member of the Estate Planning Counsel of Northern Nevada, Northern Nevada Women Lawyers Association, Probate Bar Association of Washoe County and Washoe County Bar Association.

Jeffrey P. Luszeck
is a partner in the law firm of Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman, LTD., where he focuses his practice primarily in trust and estate litigation and small business litigation. He has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in contested matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates, including undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical incapacity. Mr. Luszeck also handles all aspects of trusts and estate administration. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. Mr. Luszeck is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Brigham Young University; and his J.D. degree from Indiana University School of Law.

is an attorney at White Law Chartered, where he practices in the areas of estate planning and probate. He is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and also the Washoe County, Northern Nevada Bankruptcy and American bar associations. Mr. White is also a member of the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County. He is admitted to practice in Nevada and to the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. White has successfully argued published cases before the Nevada Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
