Speaker bio
R. Earl Morriss
is principal land surveyor in Jefferson County, Alabama. As a land surveyor, he has more than 40 years of experience and is considered an expert in boundary, easement, and title issues. Mr. Morriss is an active member of the Alabama Society of Professional Land Surveyors (ASPLS). He also has a law degree and practiced real property law for several years. Mr. Morriss earned his B.S. degree from Georgia State University and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.

Kyle Massengale
is an attorney with Wilmer & Lee PA in Decatur, Alabama. He has over 30 years of legal experience, primarily focusing on trusts and estates, real estate, corporate law, and trial advocacy. Mr. Massengale earned his J.D. degree from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Alabama and before the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Massengale also holds a license with the Alabama Real Estate Commission as a realtor. He frequently speaks at seminars for various communities and serves as a board member for NewLife Behavior Prison Ministry.

Allie C. Tucker
is an attorney with Butler Snow LLP, in Huntsville, Alabama. She assists clients with structuring, acquiring, leasing, financing, and selling mixed-use developments, office and industrial buildings, and retail shopping centers. As a part of this process, Ms. Tucker helps clients navigate complex zoning, land use, and title challenges. She also represents homebuilders in acquiring and developing residential subdivisions, and represents lenders in closing commercial loans with various types of collateral. Ms. Tucker earned her J.D. degree from the University of Alabama School of Law; her M.B.A. degree from the Manderson Graduate School of Business; and her B.A. degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for real estate law since 2021.
