James J. S. Johnson
is a sole practitioner in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas, where his law practice is dominated by administrative law, employment law, litigation and tax-exempt organizations; including advising nonprofit corporations regarding education law, personnel law, contracts, copyrights, and public safety/disaster law. His practice also includes balancing disaster/emergency compliance laws with personal liberties, especially exercising First Amendment-secured liberties, etc; plus speaking at educational seminars and other events on many topics including America's legal history, evidence law, personnel law, nonprofits law and civil liberties. Mr. Johnson has served as an active litigator since 1985, including board certification in business bankruptcy law from 1990 thru 2010. Since 1991, he has taught frequently for christian colleges in Texas, including LeTourneau University, Dallas Christian College and Concordia University Texas. Since 1996, Mr. Johnson has served as a part-time trial judge in Texas on an as-needed basis; in nonjury employment law adjudications governed by administrative law statutes and applying the usual rules of evidence, as well as most of the usual Texas rules of civil procedure. These adjudications routinely require managing pretrial matters, as well as presiding at bench trials on the merits, followed by issuing dispositive orders, fact-findings on ultimate issues, trial record-based recommendations, often with lengthy opinions. Mr. Johnson is admitted in Texas and Colorado, as well as in ten federal courts, and has been admitted pro hac vice to trial courts in 18 other states. As an administrative law practitioner, he has also practiced regulatory law before a variety of federal and state administrative agencies. For 10+ years, he has served as a lecturer and expert on evidence, especially as it relates to forensic science and empirical science. A teacher at heart, Mr. Johnson has served as onboard guest lecturer for 9 different international cruise ships.

Chastity L. Christy
is an attorney with Lazzaro Law Firm, LLC, where she represents individual employees and groups of employees in wage and hour cases, collective actions, and class actions, including claims brought pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Ms. Christy has dedicated her more than 20 years of practice to representing employees in various discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour cases. She has litigated hundreds of cases on behalf of employees in various state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations, in front of the Ohio State Personnel Board of Review, Ohio Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Ohio. Ms. Christy earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Clarion University of Pennsylvania; and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Adam J. Lyke
is an attorney with Jackson Lewis P.C., where he represents employers in employment law and litigation, including wage and hour, breach of contract, wrongful termination, discrimination, and sexual harassment matters. Mr. Lyke also advises private and public sector clients and represents employers in a broad range of workplace matters. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association. Mr. Lyke earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Saint Joseph's University; and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Boston University School of Law.
