David M. Potteiger
is a partner in the law firm of Walcheske & Luzi, LLC. Practicing since 2007, Mr. Potteiger has built his reputation as an impassioned and zealous advocate, which he displays in both his trial and appellate practice. He is a frequent author and speaker on litigation topics. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and his J.D. degree from Golden Gate University School of Law.

Grace M. Casas
practices in the areas criminal law, family law, wills and small estate probate, small civil claims, and traffic infractions. She earned her B.A. degree from the University of Miami and her J.D. degree from the University of Florida. Ms. Casas is also a board and general member of the Kidside Charity.

Spencer D. West
is an equity partner, shareholder and co-founder of the law firm of Mitchell & West, LLC. He specializes in the area of family law. Mr. West is admitted to The Florida Bar and Massachusetts Bar Association; where he actively represents clients in an array of cases including divorces, custody, child support, relocation, modification, paternity and domestic violence disputes. In addition, he is permitted to practice before Florida federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. West has assisted many professional clients, including but not limited to doctors, lawyers, accountants and retired professional athletes with their high asset divorces and other disputes; as well as with drafting custom pre- and post-nuptial agreements. He is sought out by clients and other lawyers for his extensive expertise and dedication to fighting for his clients. Mr. West is an aggressive litigator who devotes himself to achieving the best results for his individual clients, while maintaining the highest ethical standards of professionalism. He earned his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University in Boston and his J.D. degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

James M. Susag
is a seasoned trial attorney with a focus on franchise and dealer disputes, real estate, and complex commercial matters. He has been the lead attorney in over 100 trials and arbitrations in state and federal courts across the country, and in domestic and international arbitration forums. Mr. Susag has the unique perspective of a trial lawyer who has also managed complex litigation and developed strategic legal plans as in-house counsel. Clients appreciate his boardroom-to-courtroom experience in crafting resolutions for their business disputes. Mr. Susag is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin; as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh, Fourth and Eighth circuits. He earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from the University of St. Thomas; and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law.
