Dana A. Jonson
is a dedicated civil rights attorney based in Connecticut. As a special education attorney, her private practice is devoted to championing the civil and legal rights of children with disabilities, advocating for them in every step of the special education process, from IEP meetings to potential litigation in state or federal court. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Jonson hosts the podcast " Special Ed on Special Ed," where she and other special education experts discuss vital topics that inform and empower special education parents. She conducts workshops for parents and educators alike, equipping them with the knowledge to understand their rights and responsibilities within the special education legal sphere. Ms. Jonson is admitted to the Connecticut State and Federal Bar, and the United States Supreme Court.

Chaseray L. Griffin
is an attorney with Kriha Boucek. He represents public and private employers, specifically elementary and secondary education and regional financial institutions. In this capacity, Mr. Griffin provides counsel to clients on various matters, including compliance with federal, state and local laws. Mr. Griffin earned his J.D. degree from the Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and his B.A. degree from the Loyola University New Orleans. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the state of Louisiana, and his admission to practice in Illinois is pending.

Nicole D. Snyder
is the chair of the special Education law practice group at McKenna Snyder LLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of special education law, charter school law, education law, school reform and insurance defense. Ms. Snyder represents clients in a variety of matters pertaining to state and federal laws and regulations, including but not limited to IDEA and Section 504. Prior to entering private practice, she clerked for the Honorable Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Ms. Snyder has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania; United States District courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Pennsylvania; Third Circuit Court of Appeals; Supreme Court of New Jersey; U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey; and the Supreme Court of Ohio. She is also a member of PBA's Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee, and has been an invited lecturer at state and national conferences on special education and education law topics, including sessions at PBI's Exceptional Children's Conferences, Pennsylvania Coalition of Public Charter Schools' conferences, Education Law Association and Lehigh University. Ms. Snyder is also a registered lobbyist. She earned her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Villanova University and her J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law.

Frederick M. Stanczak
is an attorney with offices located in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He represents children and their families in cases arising under the IDEA, 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other laws pertaining to the provision of public education. Mr. Stanczak also provides legal representation in guardianship and estate planning for persons with disabilities and their families. Prior to starting a private practice, he was employed by the Education Law Center in Philadelphia, where he was responsible for litigation, legislative advocacy, and working with community groups on issues affecting the education of children in Pennsylvania. Mr. Stanczak earned his B.A. degree from St. Norbert College and his J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago.

Cari L. Sheehan
is an assistant general counsel with Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. With over 15 years of legal experience in civil litigation, conflicts of interest, and professional responsibility, she serves as the firm's assistant general counsel with Taft Stettinius & Hollister, LLP. In this role, she advises firm attorneys with respect to ethics compliance, risk prevention, and conflicts of interest. In addition, she assists in the review and negotiation of outside counsel guidelines, conflict waivers and engagement letters, and other items with ethical implications. In addition, she assists in providing ethical training and education within the firm to its attorneys and staff. Ms. Sheehan is an adjunct professor at the IU Robert H. McKinney School where she teaches professional responsibility. She is also a former assistant clinical professor of business law and ethics at the Kelley School of Business. She is passionate about promoting ethical awareness, integrity, and professionalism in the legal and business fields and contributing to the advancement of knowledge and practice in these domains. Ms. Sheehan is a frequent presenter and author on ethics and professionalism in the legal industry. She is a reoccurring author with the Res Gestae regarding the Ethics Curbstone and has been quoted in publications for her knowledge on ethical topics. Ms. Sheehan is also an avid speaker, having given over 200 seminars on ethics and professionalism for various local and national platforms. Her primary area of research is regarding the ethics of AI and how it affects the legal and business community.
