Stanley C. Kottemann, Jr.
is the principal of the Kottemann Law Firm located in Kenner, Louisiana. Since 1985, he has focused his practice on commercial and consumer debt collection services. Mr. Kottemann is a member of the Association American Collector Association, the Louisiana State and Jefferson Parish bar associations, and the State Bar of Texas. He earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University, his M.B.A. degree from the University of New Orleans, and his J.D. degree from Tulane University School of Law.

Joseph B. Miner
is a sole practitioner in the Oklahoma City law firm of Miner & Associates, P.L.L.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial law, debtor/creditor law, consumer law, collection law, and bankruptcy at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Miner is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and a charter member of the Oklahoma City Commercial Law Attorneys Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree from the Oklahoma City University School of Law.

Michael J. Champlin
is a partner with Champlin & Foreman, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are collections, personal injury and bankruptcy. He teaches at the University of Richmond School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Mr. Champlin has shared his legal knowledge with students as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond for 25 years. He is a member of the Richmond, Henrico County and Chesterfield bar associations; and the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Champlin earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.

John J. Frank
is the managing attorney of John J. Frank, Co. LPA, located just outside of Cleveland, Ohio. He has been in practice since 1998 and focuses on collections, commercial, business, subrogation, and international and receivership practices. Mr. Frank represents a broad range of local and international clients as both plaintiff and defense counsel. He has appeared as a guest lecturer at Cuyahoga Community College and at seminars for continuing professional education. Mr. Frank earned his B.A. degree from the University of Buffalo and his J.D. degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law.

Andrew Condiles
is an attorney with Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., L.P.A. working on behalf of creditors with major lending institutions and utility companies. He assists both organizations in recovering their unpaid debts, while also helping utility companies collect the monies that they are owed when their valuable equipment is damaged. Mr. Condiles's clients can always count on him to know every fact of the case before heading into an arbitration, mediation, negotiation or trial. He earned his B.A. degree from Hobart College, is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Law, and was a member of CWRU's National Moot Court Team. During law school, Mr. Condles was a member of CWRU's Health Law Journal and authored a piece titled, "How Voluntary Is Voluntary," which was published in Volume 18 of the Appalachian Journal of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Moot Court Judge and the Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Condiles is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania; and before the U.S. District Court for the Middle and Eastern districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

is of counsel with Beckman Lawson, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where he practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, commercial transactions, creditors' rights, real estate, and secured transactions. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Siena College; and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. Kos is an associate member of the National Association of Chapter 13 Trustees. He is a member of the Indianapolis (member, Creditors' Rights Section), Allen County (member, Bankruptcy Section), Indiana State (member, Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Section), Seventh Circuit, and the American (member, Business Law and General Practice; vice-chairman, Bankruptcy Committee; newsletter editor, 1996 to present) bar associations; American Bankruptcy Institute; and Indiana Bankers Association.
