Speaker bio
Marc R. Ginsberg
is an attorney with the law firm of Mandina & Ginsberg, PLLC. He became board-certified in civil trial law in 1992. Mr. Ginsberg is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has also been named a Super Lawyer for many years. Mr. Ginsberg's past practice includes eight years as general counsel and as a statewide insurance coverage counsel to a Miami based insurance company. Since 2005, he has limited his practice to catastrophic personal injury cases. Mr. Ginsberg's fields of practice include medical malpractice; product liability; automobile accidents; truck accidents; boating accidents; drowning accidents; cruise ship accidents; scuba, jet ski and parasailing accidents; ocean, fresh water, and swimming pool accidents; sports accidents; electrocutions; industrial, transportation facility, and construction site accidents; premises liability; premises security; aviation incidents; insurance bad faith; and insurance coverage litigation. He earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida; and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Ginsberg is a member of the Federal Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida; and has litigated and tried cases in that court, as well as litigated cases in the Middle District of Florida and the Northern District of Georgia.

Robert Dodson
has practiced law for over 25 years. Among other awards, he was named to Super Lawyers in medical malpractice the last seven years. Mr. Dodson's practice is focused on personal injury, medical malpractice, legal malpractice, ethics and class actions. During his career, he has tried and settled multiple, six, seven and eight figure cases on behalf of clients, including a $15,000,000 settlement in as class action objection in the Lightsey v. SCE&G case. In his free time, Mr. Dodson's can be found behind a camera photographing nature and wildlife. Among other locations, Mr. Dodson's has photographed in Alaska, Galapagos Islands, Antarctica and Africa. He has won several awards in photography in addition to practicing law.

Bradley D. Honnold
is a partner with the Leawood law firm of Goza & Honnold, LLC, where his focus is on medical negligence, pharmaceutical, and medical device litigation. Mr. Honnold has spoken at various CLE events on medical negligence issues. He is a member of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association and the Missouri Association of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Honnold earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Iowa and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law.
