Marquetta J. Bryan
is a partner with Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment law counseling and litigation, commercial litigation, investigations, and education law. Ms. Bryan has represented clients before the district courts of Georgia, the Eleventh Circuit, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state courts of Georgia and other administrative hearing bodies, including the State Board of Education. She monitors legal trends that may impact clients' businesses, and assists them in implementing proactive measures in anticipation of those trends. Ms. Bryan earned her B.A. degree in sociology and religion from Emory University and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Georgia, Supreme Court of the United States, U.S. District Court for the Northern and Middle districts of Georgia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

is a solo practitioner as well as a director of recruitment and employer development at North Carolina Central University School of Law. She focuses her practice on criminal, wrongful death, appellate, victim's of crime, contracts, housing, and tax. Ms. Billingsley earned her bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from Cleveland State University - Cleveland-Marshall School of Law. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Norman S. Minor Bar Association, National Bar Association, Wake County Bar Association, West Shore Bar Association, and North Carolina Bar Association. Ms. Billingsley is admitted to practice law in Ohio; U.S. District Court. Northern District of Ohio; and the U.S. Tax Court.

Ashley M. Ulbricht
is of counsel with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP in the firm's Indianapolis office. She focuses her municipal practice in litigation with a concentration on redevelopment, real estate, utility and telecommunications, zoning and planning, land use, construction project management, music and movie licensing, code enforcement litigation, public safety discipline, contract negotiation, and employment law. Prior to joining Taft, Ms. Ulbricht served as city attorney for the City of Carmel, Indiana and general counsel to the Carmel Redevelopment Commission. She earned her B.S. degree from Saint Mary's College, University of Notre Dame and her J.D. degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law. Ms. Ulbricht is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, where she has previously served as a member of the Litigation Committee and AIM Utilities Policy Committee. She is also a member of the International Municipal Lawyers Association and serves as the Indiana State Chair.

Matthew B. Jorden
is founding member at Jorden Law Group, where his practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, criminal defense and representation of licensed professionals in administrative proceedings. He has handled complex litigation involving products liability, transportation accidents, and governmental liability. Additionally, Mr. Jorden has defended clients in high profile cases prosecuted by the SEC and has had the opportunity to argue before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, California, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Jorden earned his B.A. degree from Allegheny College and his J.D. degree from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, where he graduated cum laude.

Mark B. Hazelbaker
is an attorney with Kasieta Legal Group, LLC. He continues to emphasize representation of local governments, small businesses, and litigation. Mr. Hazelbaker began his career as legal counsel of the Wisconsin Counties Association. He served as personnel director/corporation counsel, and later as administrative coordinator for Manitowoc County. Mr. Hazelbaker has been in private practice since 1992, first with downtown Madison law firms, and then in his own firm since 1999. He has lectured many times on labor and employment law, land use law, and municipal law for various business and professional groups. Mr. Hazelbaker has also published law reviews and other articles. He is a member of the Dane County Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin (Litigation, Labor and Employment, and Government Lawyers Division sections). Mr. Hazelbaker earned his B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin and his J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
