Rochelle Friedman Walk
is managing partner at Aegis Law in Tampa, Florida. She is an experienced attorney, business executive, and neutral mediator with a reputation for being thoughtful, strategic, and skillful. Ms. Friedman Walk is widely known for her negotiating skills and ability to bring parties together in win-win, creative solutions. With over 35 years of business and legal experience, she has served as the chief restructuring officer, chief administrative officer, chief legal officer, and business unit manager for several national and multinational business organizations. As an attorney, Ms. Friedman Walk has represented clients in a wide range of legal transactions, including complex commercial, e-commerce, technology, real estate, financial restructuring, and employment matters. Her unique knowledge and skills relating to mergers and acquisitions of e-commerce companies have made her well-known in the field, and she is often regarded as the go-to attorney for Amazon FBA sellers in e-commerce transactions, including representing some of the largest aggregators since their inception. Ms. Friedman Walk has been engaged to help business partners and owners resolve disputes and differences as a neutral mediator or arbitrator, including buy-sell agreements, partner or member buyouts, and new partner or member admissions for LLCs, partnerships, and corporations. In addition to being a skilled attorney and mediator, she is also a member of the FINRA arbitration and mediation panels, has been court-appointed as a receiver and mediator, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil and Appellate Mediator since 2010. Ms. Friedman Walk is well-versed in mediation, arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, and has helped countless clients resolve disputes outside of the courtroom. Susan N. Eccles
is special counsel in the Baton Rouge office of Adams and Reese LLP. Her practice involves the representation of utilities, prime contractors, subcontractors, sureties, and insurance carriers. Ms. Eccles earned her B.A. degree from Loyola University New Orleans and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the Loyola University New Orleans School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Texas, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Louisiana; U.S. Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit; and U.S. Court of Federal Claims.

Taylor M. LeDuff
is an associate in the Adams and Reese LLP's Baton Rouge office, practicing primarily in insurance, litigation and education matters impacting HBCUs. In addition, she is experienced in financial services and utilities/telecommunications. Ms. LeDuff's insurance practice is comprised of defending insurance companies in a variety of litigation, including personal injury defense, property damage disputes arising out of the construction industry (including bad faith), regulatory compliance, and professional liability. She is well-versed in all stages of litigation. Ms. LeDuff's multifaceted litigation work has included representing clients in the areas of labor and employment, residential and commercial contractor disputes, and disputes between regulated entities and the Louisiana Department of Insurance. She is a member of several national and local leadership programs; leadership council on Legal Diversity's Pathfinders, AdvanceLaw Diversity Mentorship and Leadership Baton Rouge. Ms. LeDuff earned her J.D. degree from Southern University Law Center, ranking third in her class.

Steven M. Davis
is a shareholder with Becker & Poliakoff, P.A. He practices primarily in the area of business-related litigation including condominium and homeowner association litigation, bankruptcy, foreclosures, collections, partnership disputes, as well as intellectual property law. Mr. Davis has chaired numerous cases before judges, juries, and appellate panels. He has also gained considerable expertise in timeshare litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Davis spent several years at IBM Corporation as a computer programmer and is often called upon for his technical expertise in technology-related matters. Combining his technical expertise with his legal skills has proved to be invaluable when serving as an expert witness on attorney's fees. he has qualified and testified in state court and federal court as an attorney's fee expert. Mr. Davis is a Florida Supreme Court certified mediator. He mediates all litigation matters including homeowner disputes, intellectual property,ommercial disputes, and personal injury matters. Mr. Davis is also an adjunct professor at Florida International University. He has been recognized in the 2024 edition of The Best Lawyers in America®, one of the oldest and most revered peer review publications, in commercial litigation.

Charles M. McCall Medlin
is a partner with Bovis, Kyle, Burch & Medlin, LLC. His practice is devoted to civil litigation, with particular emphasis on family law/domestic relations, contracts and torts. Mr. Medlin heads the family law section of the firm. He is a member of Atlanta Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), Forsyth County Bar Association, Georgia Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), State Bar of Georgia, Old Warhorse Club, Lawyer's Club of Atlanta, and Georgia Collaborative Practice Institute. Mr. Medlin is a certified guardian ad litem, arbitrator and mediator. He earned his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Duke University and his J.D. degree, with honors, from University of North Carolina.

John C. Sciaccotta
is a member of Aronberg Goldgehn's executive management committee and currently serves as president of the Chicago Bar Association. He has more than 36 years of trial and litigation experience advocating for clients in complex civil litigation, arbitration, mediation and business counseling matters with a special emphasis on complex civil trial and appellate cases brought in federal and state courts and tribunals throughout the United States. Mr. Sciaccotta represents publicly and privately held domestic and foreign business entities, lenders, employers, municipalities, government bodies and individuals in transactional matters and disputes. He has substantial experience representing real estate owners/developers, business owners in a wide array of industries, professional service organizations, partnerships, limited liability companies, manufacturing, construction, technology, professional sales companies, municipalities, hedge funds and broker/dealers, governmental bodies, banks, and lending institutions. Mr. Sciaccotta has significant experience working with professional sports leagues, owners and players, including representing the Arena Football League, its individual teams and owners for many years. In addition, he has been appointed as a neutral arbitrator and mediator for many years to resolve and arbitrate business related disputes. Mr. Sciaccotta serves on the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association's National Roster of Arbitrators. He is active in firm leadership. In addition to serving on the firm's executive management committee, he is the founder and co-chair of the firm's business divorce practice group, chair of the commercial litigation marketing group, founding member of the firm's DEI committee, and co-chair of the firm's marketing committee.

Brenda K. Radmacher
is a partner with Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Los Angeles, California. She focuses her practice on construction law, working as a counselor, litigator, and noted speaker on issues involving landowners, developers, general contractors, and design professionals. She has a multi-faceted practice handling litigation and providing advice and transactional counsel to her construction industry clients. Ms. Radmacher has experience advising clients on risk management best practices; drafting critical documents, contracts, and procedures; and effectively resolving disputes. With nearly 30 years of experience working with construction contractors, construction managers, design professionals, developers, and owners, Ms. Radmacher resolves complex construction disputes through negotiation, mediation, and when necessary, arbitration and litigation. She has worked with clients on projects in California, nationwide, and internationally. Developers, construction companies, and design professionals call on her legal and negotiation expertise for issues including course-of-construction disputes, claims of construction defects, and insurance issues. She has substantial experience in building envelope, water infiltration, and mold-related claims, having counseled clients with respect to hundreds of such matters. Ms. Radmacher works with her clients dealing with mechanic's liens, payment disputes, bid protests, and contract and delay/acceleration claims on both public and private projects. She has substantial experience and expertise in dispute resolution, including a background as a mediator and professor on negotiation and mediation. She also works with clients to utilize innovative project delivery systems, including EPC, design-build, and public-private partnerships (P3). She has represented clients on projects involving renewable energy, airport improvements, surface transportation infrastructure, healthcare, and multifamily housing, providing advice on contract terms, compliance issues, and the resolution of disputes arising out of the performance of complex design and construction contracts.
