Gary B. Freedman
is a partner with the Philadelphia law office of Freedman & Grinshpun, PC. He practices in the areas of elder law, probate, estate planning, corporate law, and real estate law. Mr. Freedman is an advisor to many nonprofit agencies on charitable giving through estate planning. He is the former solicitor for the Register of Wills Office in Montgomery County, and has lectured for banks and insurance companies on trust and estate planning topics. Mr. Freedman is a member of the Philadelphia (Estate Planning Section), Montgomery County (Estate Planning Section) and Pennsylvania (Estate Planning Section) bar associations. He earned his B.A. degree from Temple University; his J.D. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law; his LL.M. degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law; and his M.A. degree from Boston University.

Patti S. Spencer
is an attorney with Metzger and Spencer, LLP and Spencer Law Firm LLC in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, where she provides experience and depth in estate planning, trust and estate administration, complex tax consulting, charitable gift planning, wealth transfer vehicles and retirement plan consulting, and expert witness testimony. Ms. Spencer taught estate and gift tax for eight years as an adjunct professor at Boston University in the LL.M. program, and also was a former professor of trusts and estates at Boston University School of Law. In addition, she has spoken numerous times on topics related to her areas of expertise. Ms. Spencer is the author of a weekly column Taxing Matters, which appeared in the Lancaster Intelligencer Journal's Business Monday Section for 14 years. She also has written Pennsylvania Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts Library: Forms and Practice Manual, Data Trace, which is updated annually. Ms. Spencer earned her B.A. degree from Dickinson College; her J.D. degree from Boston University; and her LL.M. degree from Boston University. She is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.

is the owner of The Law Office of Daniel Del Collo, III, where he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and elder law, including the drafting of wills, trusts and special needs, guardianships, Medicaid planning, powers of attorneys, and advanced medical directives. His elder law clients also call upon him to handle personal injury, real estate and business law matters. Mr. Del Collo also provides counsel to individuals and families with loved ones suffering from varying types and degrees of dementia such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Huntington's, and other neurological diseases. He earned his B.A. degree from Haverford College and his J.D. degree from Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Esq., P.E., D.F.E is the principal of Rebecca A. Bowman, P.E. She focuses her practice in estate planning and administration, guardianship and conservatorship, as well as real estate. Ms. Bowman is a certified arbitrator and mediator, and a registered professional engineer. She is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, American Arbitration Association, and the American Bar Association; and is a long-time columnist on risk management for the PE Reporter. Ms. Bowman earned her B.S. degree in civil structural of engineering degree from the University of North Dakota; her M.B.A. degree from Oklahoma University; and her J.D. degree from Duquesne University School of Law. She was recently named the senior director for ethics and professional responsibility for the National Society of Professional Engineers.
