Robert E. Duncan, II
is the managing member of Duncan Law Office, where his principal practice areas include administrative, business, and beverage alcohol law. He is admitted to practice in Kansas and before the Federal District Court, Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Duncan has made numerous presentations regarding the 21st Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and beverage alcohol laws to the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators, National Alcohol Beverage Control Association, and other associations including the National Conference of State Legislatures. He is the former Kansas assistant attorney general for Alcoholic Beverage Control and a member of the Alliance of Alcohol Industry Attorneys & Consultants. Mr. Duncan earned his B.S. degree in journalism from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Washburn University.

Benjamin P. Sheppard
is an associate with the Allentown office of Norris McLaughlin, P.A., where he works on matters involving liquor law, cannabis law, and municipal law. He handles a range of liquor law concerns, from distribution and contract production agreements to management and license agreements. In the rapidly evolving realm of cannabis law, Mr. Sheppard stands out for his deep insights into the intricate balance between state-specific and federal regulations governing both hemp and cannabis. His ability to navigate the nuances of the Pennsylvania industrial hemp research law makes him a valued advisor for individuals and businesses navigating this multifaceted law. Clients frequently turn to Mr. Sheppard for guidance in crafting drug testing policies and gaining clarity on the legal intricacies surrounding cannabis and hemp. He has advised both Pennsylvania and New Jersey individuals on their state's respective cannabis and hemp laws. Throughout his career, Mr. Sheppard has advised clients on the right to know process. His experience includes handling complex right to know requests involving thousands of documents and analyzing numerous non-disclosure exemptions and advising clients on how to write right to know request to obtain the maximum number of responsive documents. Prior to joining Norris McLaughlin, P.A., Mr. Sheppard served as a judicial law clerk in the Northampton County Court of Common Pleas. He also worked for the Mid-Atlantic Innocence Project reviewing trial transcripts and drafting materials regarding the viability of innocence claims. Mr. Sheppard is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law, where he was a member of the Public Contract Law Journal and was recognized with the GW Law Pro Bono Teal Award for completing over 50 hours of pro bono work during law school. He also graduated, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh with his B.A. degree in history and political science.

Peter A. Berdon
has represented wholesalers, suppliers, manufacturers, package stores, restaurants and bars since being admitted to practice in 1991. He represents all alcohol industry members before the State of Connecticut DCP and the Federal TTB, as well as in litigation matters in court. Mr. Berdon is a partner with the law firm of Berdon, Young & Margolis, PC, with offices in New Haven and Branford, Connecticut. He is also the executive director of the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers Association and has served as its general counsel since 1992. Mr. Berdon has been a member of the Advisory Counsel of the Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America since 2004 and served as its chairman from 2010 to 2012. His practice also includes representing clients over a wide range of legal issues, both transactional and litigation. Mr. Berdon's practice includes representing individual closely held business, publicly traded companies as well as municipalities such as the Town of Branford (2005-2007; 2014-present) and political subdivisions such as the Pine Orchard Association (2007-2013) and the Branford Sewer Authority (nka the Water Pollution Control Authority) from 2005 to 2007 and 2013 to the present, He is a 1988 graduate of Duke University (B.A.) and earned his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut in 1991. Mr. Berdon is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut and is admitted to the United States District Court for the State of Connecticut. He is a member of the American, Connecticut and New Haven County bar associations, the Connecticut and American Trial Lawyer associations and the National Association of Alcoholic Beverage Licensing Attorneys. Mr. Berdon is also active within the Branford and greater New Haven communities through his service as the secretary and board member of the Branford Education Foundation (2004-present); member of the Board of Directors of Habitat For Humanity of Greater New Haven, Inc. ('99-'05); volunteer, Habitat For Humanity of Greater New Haven, Inc (1991 to present); a member of the Board of Trustees of Congregation Mishkan Israel (Hamden, CT; 2003-present); Trustee of the William Tarr Charitable Trust (1989-present); member of the Branford Representative Town Meeting (1995-1999); Branford Board of Assessors (2001-2003); Branford Board of Education (2008-2009); Branford Youth Lacrosse Coach (2012-present).

Jaci P. Flug
is a partner in the hospitality, alcohol, and leisure industry group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. She is a seasoned legal professional with a remarkable track record of guiding tech startups and corporations through complex legal landscapes. Ms. Flug has previously served as general counsel and senior vice president at Drizly, the nation's leading and largest e-commerce platform for on-demand alcohol delivery. During this time, she played a pivotal role in the company's journey, from series C fundraising to its $1.1 billion acquisition by an American tech giant, a deal that involved extensive scrutiny by the Federal Trade Commission. Beyond this, Ms. Flug has provided important counsel on a wide spectrum of legal matters, ranging from litigation and employment law to contracting, privacy, security, and marketing. Moreover, she is a recognized authority in the beverage alcohol industry, having expertly managed industry and regulatory affairs, fostering crucial relationships with regulators, legislators, industry members, and trade associations. Ms. Flug frequently lectures on the topic of beverage alcohol e-commerce. As general counsel for the New York State Liquor Authority, she advised the board on all disciplinary, licensing, and trade practice matters, including the legislation concerning the manufacturing, distribution, and sale of alcohol in the state of New York. Ms. Flug earned her B.A. degree in American studies from SUNY and her J.D. degree, cum laude (special topics editor, New York Law School Journal of Human Rights) from New York Law School.

Brad Berkman
is a member in the hospitality, alcohol and leisure industry group at Greenspoon Marder LLP. He concentrates on providing guidance to all tiers of the alcohol beverage industry, including suppliers, wholesalers and retailers. Mr. Berkman's principal expertise is providing counsel to upper-tier industry members on legal, regulatory, and operational concerns within the framework of federal and state(s) beverage alcohol laws and regulations. Areas of focus include complex tied-house issues, contract negotiations, drafting and disputes, trade practice concerns, distribution matters, international trade of beverage alcohol and TTB and state alcohol beverage control issues. He has also advised third-party marketing companies, celebrity brand owners and influencers on many trade practice matters. Mr. Berkman is also versed in municipal zoning, permitting and licensing of vendors of alcohol (bars, restaurants and hotels). He earned his B.A. in international relations from American University, School of International Service, M.S. degree in forensic science from George Washington University, and his J.D. degree from St. Thomas University of Law. Mr. Berkman is admitted to practice in Florida.

Ivey L. Workman
is an attorney with Rowland Workman, PLLC that represents businesses in Kentucky and Florida, focusing much of her practice on the alcoholic beverage industry. Prior to starting Rowland Workman, PLLC, she was in private practice focusing on civil litigation and transactions for equine, construction, alcoholic beverages, and general business matters. For her clients in the alcoholic beverage industry, Ms. Workman assists with choosing the appropriate licensure path and obtaining approvals from all relevant agencies. She counsels her licensed clients on regulatory compliance, contracts, advertising, and trade practice matters. Ms. Workman also handles a variety of transactions including acquisitions, license transfers, vendor agreements, contract distilling and bottling, and other vendor/supplier matters. She graduated from University of South Florida in 2009 and has prior experience in human resources and the mortgage industry. Ms. Workman moved to Kentucky to attend the University of Kentucky College of Law. She and her husband Matt are animal lovers with a family of dogs and cats. Ms. Workman enjoys spending time with her close-knit family and animals, appreciating bourbon and birdwatching.
