Eligibility, Deadlines, Application Procedures, and Potential Roadblocks to Overcome

The new Process to Promote the Unity and Stability of Families has created a new path back to legal immigration status for noncitizens who've lived in the U.S. for at least 10 years. DHS estimates that over 500,000 noncitizens could be eligible to access this process. If you're an immigration attorney or have a large number of noncitizens among your clients or in your community, this practical guide is for you!
