Speaker bio
Colleen Lovejoy
is a partner at Schlemlein Fick & Franklin. She has over a decade of experience helping clients in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Ms. Lovejoy's practice focuses on real estate litigation, including title disputes, easement disputes, community association law, landlord tenant law, land use, timber trespass, lateral support claims, trust and estate disputes and premises liability. When she is not litigating, Ms. Lovejoy serves as in-house counsel to a large community association. Colleen also serves as a board member of MAMAs Seattle and an editorial board member of the WSBA Real Property Section Newsletter. She also volunteers for the King County Bar Association Kinship Care Solutions program, assisting caregivers seeking minor guardianships.
