is co-head of the firm's real estate practice group, where he broadly concentrates his practice in all facets of commercial real estate transactions; including representing clients in purchase and sale agreements, acquisition financing transactions, industrial/economic development projects, transfer of development rights transactions, easement and right-of-way negotiations, and commercial lease agreements in the office, retail, and industrial markets. He also has extensive experience in real estate brokerage matters, including representing clients in connection with real estate portfolio management service agreements, corporate global solutions agreements, lease administration agreements, and disputes over commissions and entitlements. Mr. Sahn represents several large public and private companies and not-for-profit entities concerning their real estate portfolios, involving the management, disposition and acquisition of corporate real estate holdings, frequently involving complex environmental, title, and facilities problems. In addition, he represents many clients in connection with ground-up real estate development projects, and institutional lenders in commercial real estate, and multi-family loan transactions. Mr. Sahn also has represented corporate clients in facility closures and divestitures, and in negotiations with local redevelopment agencies and municipal representatives. He earned his B.A. degree from University of Michigan and his J.D. degree from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

is special counsel with Buchalter in the firm's Denver office. His practice is primarily dedicated to oil and gas law, with a particular emphasis on litigation. Mr. Luellen earned his B.S. degree, with distinction, from Colorado State University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is admitted to practice in California, Colorado, Utah and North Dakota. Mr. Luellen is a member of the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation and Energy Mineral Law Foundation.
