Caitlin G. Rieser
is a member of Dentons' tax group, and focuses her practice on federal transactional tax issues of business entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and S and C corporations. She counsels business owners on various tax matters, including corporate governance and compliance, ownership interest or stock sales, mergers, conversions, reorganizations/restructures and dissolutions, among many others. Ms. Rieser often assists clients with drafting operating agreements, partnership agreements, bylaws, meeting minutes, resolutions and other corporate documents. She also has experience in the M&A field and has assisted with stock purchase agreements, merger agreements and related transactional documents. Ms. Rieser also helps clients by identifying, analyzing and advising on eligibility for various federal business tax credits and incentives, including the research and development tax credit, COVID-19 related tax credits and cost-segregation analyses. Her experience also includes the formation and governance of nonprofits and tax-exempt entities and advising on various state and local taxation issues. In all areas of her practice, Ms. Rieser aims to help her clients achieve their legal and tax business goals and to structure their organizations as tax efficiently as possible. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, from University of Louisville; her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law; and her LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University.

Jeff J. Fanger
is the managing member of the law offices of Fanger & Associates LLC, with offices in downtown Cleveland and Highland Heights. His practice areas include civil litigation (both trial and appellate), corporate and non-profit formation and representation, business re-organization, acquisition and restructuring, contract drafting and litigation, trademark and copyright research and registration, wills and estate planning, debtor/creditor relations, bankruptcy, and divorce and guardianship. Through the Ohio State Bar Association and the Geauga Bar Association, Mr. Fanger has investigated and prosecuted cases of the unauthorized practice of law. He is a lifetime fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation, a trustee on the Geauga County Bar Foundation and a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (Corporate, Entertainment and Sports, and Computer and Technology Law committees; and the corporate law liaison to the Secretary of State). Mr. Fanger has served on the Ohio Supreme Court Central UPL Registry Workgroup, Geauga County Bar Association (Unauthorized Practice of Law, Constitution, Grievance, and Ipso Jure committees) and International Bar Association (Multi-Disciplinary Practices Committee, Corporate Law and Real Estate sections). He earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.

Leslie E. Levin
is a partner at Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP and works out of the White Plains and New York City offices. She is a member of the wills, trusts, and estates; elder law and guardianships; and not-for-profit corporations and foundations practice groups. She practices in estate planning, probate, estate and trust administration, gift and generation-skipping tax transfer planning, creation and termination of not-for-profit organizations, charitable planning, special needs and disability planning, Medicaid planning, and elder law. As part of her practice, Ms. Levin works with litigators in developing strategy and offering expertise in the realm of trusts and estates litigation. She also serves as executor for client's estates and as a trustee for a number of trusts. Ms. Levin earned her B.A. degree, summa cum laude, high honors, from Brandeis University and her J.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She is admitted to practice in both New York and Connecticut.

Steven Lewis
is the owner of Steven Lewis, PLLC Attorney and Counselor at Law, where he practices estate planning, trust administration, probates, guardianships, not-for-profit entities, and business planning. He has spoken at leadership conferences on not for profits, churches, and related liabilities across the country in 33 states. Mr. Lewis is admitted to practice in Oklahoma and before the U.S. District Court (all districts in Oklahoma), and a member of the Bar of United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association (Estate Planning) and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Mr. Lewis earned his B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma, his J.D. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, and his M.B.A. degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Jennifer L. Urban
is the founder of Legal for Good PLLC, and devotes herself to representing charitable and non-profit organizations throughout Minnesota and Ohio. She routinely assists charitable organizations and individual donors with a variety of matters, including crisis management; fiscal sponsorship; nonprofit formation; 501(c) tax exemption; merger, consolidation and dissolution; nonprofit consulting, training and best practices; grant compliance and financial management; property tax exemption; sales tax exemption; non-profit related litigation; charitable solicitation and professional fundraising; government compliance and regulatory issues; and document review and creation. Ms. Urban is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. After graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Peggy L. Bryant, Tenth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Before transitioning to private practice, she served four years as an assistant attorney general at the Office of the Ohio Attorney General in the Charitable Law Division. Ms. Urban enjoys speaking at legal education seminars, directing the non-profit law clinic at the University of St. Thomas School of Law, and being a member of numerous prominent local legal organizations.
