is the principal and owner of the Law Office of Jill V. Johnson Vigil in Las Cruces, New Mexico. She focuses her practice in the areas of family law and domestic violence. Ms. Johnson Vigil earned her B.B.A. degree from New Mexico State University and her J.D. degree from Capital University Law School of Columbus, Ohio. She is a member of the State Bar of New Mexico.

served as a U.S. Army judge advocate from 2017 to 2022. In his military service, he proudly defended soldiers in criminal trials and administrative proceedings. Mr. Ludlow was selected as the chief of military justice for U.S. Forces in Afghanistan, where he was responsible for overseeing the military justice system for over 32,000 soldiers and civilians accompanying the force. A personal highlight for him was an appointment to Client Legal Services, where he helped soldiers on a wide variety of issues including family law to landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Ludlow’s military decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal and Afghanistan Campaign Medal with Campaign Star, among others. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a Juris Doctorate in 2016 and a Bachelor of Science in economics in 2014. Mr. Ludlow was sworn into the Utah State Bar in 2017 and the New Mexico State Bar in 2023. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve their legal goals and is committed to providing them with the highest quality representation. Outside of law, Mr. Ludlow enjoys the local theater, training his dog, and traveling to new places with his wife and three children.

What happens if my course is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that NBI cancels or reschedules an upcoming program, each registered attendee will be contacted via email by a representative of NBI. Outreach to attendees begins as soon as NBI is made aware that a program will not move forward at its originally scheduled date and time.
