Donald H. Latzer
is a partner in the Law Offices of Latzer & Fleming in Citrus Heights, California. He focuses his practice on all aspects of family law, including guardianships and adoptions. Mr. Latzer is a certified legal specialist in family law by the State Bar of California. He is licensed to practice in California, as well as Iowa (inactive). Mr. Latzer earned his B.A. degree from California State University, Northridge and his J.D. degree from the University of LaVerne.

Joan Mann Thomas
is a principal at the Law Offices of Joan Mann Thomas, where she practices in the areas of family law, divorce, separation agreements, child custody, visitation rights, child support, spousal support, premarital agreements, and distribution agreements. She also practices real estate litigation and a discovery facilitator for Marin County. Ms. Mann Thomas is a frequent lecturer on her areas of practice. She earned her B.A. degree from Mills College and her J.D. degree from Hastings College of Law, University of California. Ms. Mann Thomas is a member of the Bar Association of San Francisco, the Marin County Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and the American Bar Association. She is a State Bar Arbitrator and a Discovery Facilitator for the Marin County Superior Court.

David T. Pisarra
is the founder of Men's Family Law in Santa Monica, California. He practices in the area of family law, including divorce, alimony, child custody and support. Mr. Pisarra practices in the courts of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and Ventura counties regularly. He has authored 3 books for men; A Man's Guide to Child Custody, A Man's Guide to Divorce Strategy and A Man's Guide to Domestic Violence. Mr. Pisarra earned his B.A. degree from St. John's College and his J.D. degree from the University of West Los Angeles. He is a member of the Santa Monica Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar, California State Bar and Los Angeles County Bar.

Linda L. McLarnan-Dugan
has more than 25 years of experience in the legal field, as a practicing attorney. Her areas of practice include all areas of family law, probate, conservatorships, guardianships; and estate planning. Ms. McLarnan-Dugan negotiates settlements when possible but is an experienced family law litigator and well versed in the procedures needed to get a case through trial. She is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar, and Pasadena Bar Association. Ms. McLarnan-Dugan received her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California and her J.D. degree from the University of West Los Angeles College of Law.

Miranda Lathrop Barber
, CFLS is an attorney with Barber Tubis Law, P.C. in Fairfield, California. She focuses her practice on family law and is a Certified Family Law Specialist by the California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Ms. Barber has worked in conjunction with the local Solano County courts, where she previously acted as an on-call, domestic-violence beeper judge and served on the court's panel for minors' counsel and currently sits on the court's Family Law Planning Committee and Domestic Violence Court Committee. She has received more than 40 hours of training in mediation and offers mediation services as part of her practice. Ms. Barber has also served as a court appointed family law mediator. She has completed training in collaborative divorce. Ms. Barber has presented at local seminars on representing children, preparing judgments in family law cases, and ethics in family law, and is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute. She is a member of the Solano County Bar Association and is an active member of the California State Bar. Ms. Barber served as chair of the Solano County Bar Association's Family Law Committee in 2014 and vice-chair in 2013. She earned her B.A. degree from Washington State University and her J.D. degree from McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific.
